Used to love this salon but it has changed, and not for the better. Had a mani/pedi by Nina today and it was horrible. She cut 4 of my cuticles (bled) and never acknowledged or apologized. Did such a poor job filing my fingernails that I went back in and asked that it be corrected. The man that filed them again did not acknowledge the poor job or apologize. They used to be so good. Won’t be driving an hour for this poor service any longer. Customer service is non-existent at Salon Spa. My mani was the basic one with clear polish, should have been easy

A few days ago I went in to get my nails done and was seated with nail tech named Ashley. When she sat down to do my nails, she basically threw the book at me and told me to pick a color, and not once did she greet me. I picked between two colors and I asked her if I could see what they look like on one of my nails first before deciding which color I wanted. She looked at me like I was crazy and proceeded to put the color on her fingernails which defeats the whole purpose of seeing what it looks like on me.. when I asked her to see it again on my hand she put one tiny dot at the top of my nail and rolled her eyes. She was extremely rude and had an attitude my entire experience. While she proceeded to paint my nails, I looked at my first hand after she was done, and I said I don’t really like this color and she took my hand and put it in the LED light and told me “ just put it in the light” I didn’t want any confrontation so I thought to myself maybe after a few coats it’ll look better, but I should have been more adamant on changing the color while I was getting done, but because of her attitude, I was hesitant, especially when I initially told her after the first hand was done that I didn’t like the color. On top of all of that, she was very rough drilling and smoothing my nails out and after I got in my car, I noticed that a few nails were not filed down smoothly, and you could see the unevenness and roughness of my nails through the polish. I called the nail salon and spoke to the manager, and she basically told me that if I wanted a color change or to get my nails fixed that I would have to pay.. I explained the entire story to her and she said, even though my nail was not file evenly, I would still have to pay for everything to get redone out-of-pocket, which I think is very unfair. Now I do think I should have said something while I was there before leaving which I will do better next time. I just didn’t want any issues since nail tech. Ashley was having a really bad attitude and really mean during the experience. The manager was also very rude on the phone and did not seem to care that her nail tech was being unprofessional . This is another reason why a lot of people have veered away from nail salons and been doing nails at home. I have been going here for over a year and I will never go back. Out of all the negative reviews on here please think twice about going here. The one on Garth Brooks is a lot better.

I enjoyed the nail salon all together, but the pedicure I spent $45 on was rushed and almost no massage during it at all. Daisy who did my nails was amazing. My only complaint with daisy was that she rushed towards the end and did not use the drill under my nails and they feel so clunky. For spending $130 I expected a better experience. I recommend this place if you need something fast. They are packed on the weekends.

I got a new set of acrylic French tips with Terysa. She did so good! She checked that every nail was the same length and also made sure under my nails were taken care of as well. My husband got a pedicure and he is very picky about them. He loved everything they did.

Karson is amazing!! Every single person that works at this establishment is great. Absolutely amazing customer service and amazing attention to detail in satisfying their customers. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to. I highly recommend visiting this salon.

They’re very good at nails! I love these! My only complaint is that when I go and get fills and get a same design like the previous one I had, say like French tips but a different color this time, the price will either be more or less than the last time I went, so their pricing is confusing.

Edit: updating my review from a 2 star to a one star because this employee had her husband seek me out on social media to harass me about this review and to remove this photo. If you don’t want your employees called out for lazy work, hire better people. Not only did they not address my review or try to make things right they then had her husband try to do her dirty work. I hope they are embarrassed.
Currently getting the laziest pedicure I’ve ever had. Not only did I wait in the chair with cold water for an hour when I was told the wait was 30 minutes but she’s spent a total of like 5 minutes working on my feet and legs. Not looking at what she’s doing, literally watching the tv on the wall. Didn’t take off my clear coat I had on even though I told her about it and I’m supposed to get my nails done too My partner person is just as lazy. It’s honestly pathetic how their prices keep going up yet the “quality” of what they do has gotten worse every time. Been going here for years but I’m so over it and won’t be coming back. If I was a person looking into going here, don’t. It’s pretty inside but you’ll end up disappointed

I’m gonna give a five star review because honestly, I love this salon and my nail tech always does a fantastic job with my nails. I’ve been getting dedicated dip manicures at this same salon for the past almost 4 years.

That being said, the front desk staff is not always the most friendly. Honestly, I don’t expect everyone to be super nice and friendly all the time, so that’s fine. I’d say for the most part they are pleasant or neutral, but, for example, the last time I was in, I misunderstood what they were asking about seating my friend and I together and the young lady at the desk rolled her eyes at us? Not cool, especially considering it was a very simple, otherwise friendly, and easily managed interaction. I’m sure they see all sorts of kookoo crazies come through all the time, but a little bit of grace goes a long way for the rest of us.

Like I said, I love the nail salon. They have the COMFIEST massage chairs for pedicures, and my nail tech does a FANTASTIC job on my nails every single time. I’ve recommended this place to several friends and insist that we go to this salon when friends want to meet up for manicures or pedicures. Heck, I even get my eyebrows done when I come in and am happy with that service. Maybe just be a little bit nicer to sensitive little souls like myself ha.
