I had a great first-time experience here. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done, and Megan hooked me up! It wasn't an exact replica of the picture, but it was just as good, and I loved it! She listened to me, and if I didn't like the way something looked, she would immediately fix it. Their price was too good to pass on, too, so I knew I'd found a new place to call home. However, my 2nd visit wasn't as good. I had a different tech who wouldn't listen to what I would tell her, but she would tell me that things would look good once she finished. I will admit, I am the type to not voice my opinions when they do that. I go home disappointed in myself for allowing them to do what they wanted instead of what I wanted, and I'll even tell them I like it just to not be any trouble. I left there with a set that looked nothing like the picture, the shaping was off, and i just hated it all around. I couldn't handle wearing that set for another 2-3 weeks, so I decided to go back and get them fixed the next day. It was a small fiasco trying to explain to the owner what happened, but in the end, I got a new set that was even more beautiful than the one I wanted. The owner's wife did the new set for me, and she was so detail oriented and took her time to get it perfect for me. We even had to stay after they were closed to finish, but I was very satisfied. I promised them that the next time I'm unhappy, I'll tell them immediately and get what I want the first time around. So, I do recommend this place. It's beautiful inside, the wait is never long, and as long as you speak your mind, you'll leave satisfied every time!

I have been going here for almost 7 months, & I love it! I only go to Seven, and he’s one of the best. So detailed, and professional. Gets me right every-time! Don’t forget happy hour Mon-Thursday is 50%.

This place is luxurious!! I walked in and was quickly greeted. The place is very nice inside. Lots of pedicure chairs, staff and even a bar. They give you little candies when you get a pedicure. The service was quick yet perfectly executed! 5 stars

Kristy is amazing!! I highly recommend her! Kristy met me with a genuine smile and her Hospitality and Customer Service are top notch! I explained what I was wanting and Kristy told me she would take care of me and she did! I live out of state, but have family here in Oklahoma and I will be scheduling appointments with Kristy every month on my trip home! Thank you so much, Kristy! You are the best!

I went to this place, because this place had good reviews. ? The worst paint job ever. Looks like a blind toddler painted my toes. And to make matters worse, I had the man remove the polish and paint them again only for him to paint them the same exact way. I told him it looks bad. He tried to blame it on my nail beds. I told him to take this crap off of my toes and walked straight out. NEVER again!!

LISTEN. It is ? pricey. Butttt, this is the best pedicure I have ever had. The attention to detail, the “old school” approach to care for my toes and cleanliness. Soaked my nails OFF to help maintain my real nails. The massage chairs really dig in (wish the butt part massaged) lol. They were so authentically nice as well, and listened to me. Will go back!

I went to this nail salon Friday July 19th, 2024 I was immediately greeted & asked if I needed anything . I explained I was waiting on Kristy. (My colleague referred her to me because her nails are always impeccable.)I did not have an appointment so I did have to wait about 30 minutes-but she was nice and worth the wait. She came to me & brought me to her station and then asked if I needed a drink or anything-at first said no but later changed my mind. Next I showed her the picture of how I wanted my nails sculpted & she went to work. She was very careful & asked me many times along the way if I liked the results -which I did. Her service was neat & timely .She did an amazing job & I booked an additional appointment for Wednesday for a pedicure with her. I am more than satisfied with her work. I went back to Urbane Nails 08/21/2024 and got another full set with gel using chrome Kristy did a great job . I went back again yesterday on 09/18/2024 & I will now consider her my new nail tech. She is efficient & timely.You won’t be disappointed. Kimberly Brown

➡️ READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ⬅️ My second visit to Urbane. Requested a full set of solar nails with French tip. Any cuticle care is extra $$. The technician was in a rush from start to end and I even commented that he was “fast” and he told me that he actually went slower than normal on my nails. Once I got to the car, I was able to see the result in the sunlight. Right thumb has bubbles in the polish and multiple fingers still need more buffing to smooth out the rough edges. One nail is crooked. My left thumb nail isn’t even fully attached to my real nail. Went back to have it fixed and was passed around to several different technicians. The first lady applied the new tip crooked and we proceeded to argue about how the tip was crooked and ultimately another tech stepped in and said that it was indeed crooked! I will be visiting yet another salon this weekend to pay more money to have my nails fixed. $60 down the drain!! Will never return and do NOT recommend.
