This place is small and cute. I had an appointment for both manicure and pedicure. I had two people work at the same time so it didn’t take a long time to be done. They do a good job removing the previous gel if you do have one. You’ll get complimentary drink like tea, water, mimosas etc.

The reason for 4 star instead of 5 is the texture of the gel. It is not as smooth as I do it in other salons or even myself. I wonder if it’s due to their type of gel but it has small bubbles and i can feel the different texture.

Nice people….but my appointment took 2.5 hours for builder gel removal and gel manicure. I had 3 different techs throughout my service. They forgot about my massage and I had to remind them. Builder gel was not all the way removed. Nails were not dehydrated before gel application. Gel was peeling the day after my manicure and on day 3 every single nail had been peeled. I had to go to another salon 4 days after this experience and pay for a whole new manicure because I chose to go here. Do not recommend at all.

Small, no frills salon. First time doing dip/SNS Nails and my nail tech Angel did a great job. She was friendly and patiently helped me pick a color.
I did feel a little bit rushed, and having slight germophobia, I would prefer to see higher standards of cleanliness on the tools and process. My nails were ground down, filed, cuticles trimmed without washing/cleaning at any stage.
Good location and good deal.

I called the day of a made an appointment to come in at 5pm to get a gel MANICURE and specifically asked over the phone to make sure I’d have my time secure. I checked in for my manicure a few minutes early. I was told to sit and waited for about 20 minutes and no one was really looking at me or acknowledging me or me knowing who was doing my nails. Then someone came and asked me to sit in the pedicure chair and ran away before I could say anything. I sat in the pedicure chair like with my sneakers on for another 10 minutes while everyone avoided eye contact with me before I finally said hi I’m getting a manicure? I then asked after waiting for half an hour if someone was going to take me soon because I had an appointment that I made over the phone like I actually talked to someone to ask if I could come in at that time. All I got was a sorry we are running behind? It’s so rude of these chop shops to do things like this. They had me wait over half an hour to just get a half assed sorry we are running behind? This level of service is unacceptable. If they knew they were going to be behind, they should have communicated that to me when I arrived. I would have gladly rescheduled for another day rather than waste my time waiting and feeling completely disregarded. The staff seemed indifferent, and the overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable. I understand that delays can happen, but a simple acknowledgment or communication can go a long way. It felt as if they were trying to pretend I wasn’t even there. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. Everyone in there was weird. The place is really small so how uncomfortable? Bring your business elsewhere.

This is my second time coming here. I can finally say I have found my spot. ?
I have been to some places which were good too but TP Pure Nails is beyond great. I love how they build relationship with their customers, remembers them, and customers get rewards point system as well. Sometimes they have special discounts too. Hospitality and making every person feel welcomed is very special to me. They are all super nice. I also loveeeeeee how they do my nails. The massage, scrub, the cleanliness if the space, and they keep asking questions before they proceed to the next process just to make sure you are satisfied with what you are seeing. They use healthy gels too! Simply the best! Thank you all. oh I forgot about the welcome drinks too.

Finding nail salons that you consistently love is hard but this has definitely been my spot for the last 1.5 years or so! I am always so relaxed while I’m here, all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love April the nail tech so muchl! She’s so funny and fun to chat to while getting your nails done. She’s the best!!

Third time at this salon and I have always had a great experience working with different technicians- and my gel always lasts a month despite me being hard on my hands at work.
Everyone is detail oriented and listens to my feedback throughout the appointment. Today I had a complicated request - to have my color combination matched exactly to my last visit with no recollection of the colors used (my fault). My new technician, Bernice I believe, was so patient and gracious with me to find the exact combination and was even honest with me mid treatment to say our first attempt of colors was making my undertone appear grey! I never would've noticed but she was so right. Anyway, she spent probably an entire extra appointment's worth of time to make everything look perfect and I felt so bad for being "that client" but she reassured me, encouraged me to give feedback with every few steps, and was so professional and warm. She helped me make sure I knew what to ask for in the future and to know what's realistic with my nail shape/length to avoid frustration. I couldn't recommend her and her colleagues more. Thanks TP Pure for another excellent outcome and for being honest and gracious with an extremely demanding request on a busy day.
I'll continue to recommend this salon to all of my friends.
