Manu Royal touch

My hair was unhealthy, and I was convinced that I was losing my hair. Manu Braiding has changed my whole perspective. My hair is longer and healthier than it’s ever been, and I refuse to see anyone else. I was so impressed with her work and her positive energy. It’s been 2 years now and I can finally say I trust someone completely with my hair. I highly recommend.

I’ve been doing braids with Manu for years and each time has been a positive experience. She is on time and professional, as well as her other braiders. Her salon is clean and a comfortable environment. I am thankful to have found a great braider in Austin!!

Wasn’t going to leave a review since I ended up liking the style despite my bad experience but have since noticed the after effects. To start, my appointment was at 11:30 and they started my hair an hour and a half later I saw they were busy so I let it go. then after the hair wash/blow dry my hair was still damp and they were going to proceed with braiding until I told them it was still wet. They did not do a good job of detangling the hair which led to a lot of hair pulling during the appt. I saw a ton of breakage after my braids were out which is upsetting since it was supposed to be a “protective” hairstyle not a damaging one. Will not be returning.

Whoever is Responding to the Reviews obviously don't truly know Magnela. Magnela is supposed to be a " Christian " but she treats people she assumes are below her like they aren't Valuable. You can't make it into the Kingdom of Heaven treating people wrong. I have been here and witnessed and dealt with her disrespect. I have lost clients in the little amount of time being there because her son runs around making loud noises because she doesn't give him the proper attention. I have witnessed her son bite one of her clients because she treats her shop like a daycare. Her son has put cookies all in my station , her son as scratched my arm up plenty of times and she thinks it's funny that he acts like this. While I'm cutting clients it's like she would purposely bring him in there while I'm working because she has made a statement to me before implying " You know you don't like when Adam is in here because he makes all of that noise " . He destroys her shop while clients are getting their hair done. People come to receive a service in peace. Not be around a child making loud noises while they are trying to relax. Your time to her isn't valuable and I noticed how she treats people when they are there waiting to do something for her and she takes her sweet time getting to them. Just like how some of her clients would book with me and either be late or a no show because that's how she treats her clients I work off structure my clients know I'm always on time and often willing to take them In early.

Professionalism is lacking severely. They will cancel booked appointments within an hour. The work done is decent, but if you don’t book at least 2 weeks in advance even if any booking platform shows availability, they will cancel with little to no communication, with attitude. Save time and avoid this place if possible. Spend your money somewhere you will be welcomed and respected.

Finding a wheelchair accessible salon that specializes in natural hair has not been easy. Thankfully Manu royal touch to the rescue. Manu is super Hands-On as the owner of the salon and truly cares and walks you through the process of bringing your hair back to life from dry or damaged circumstances.

I just did my hair at Manu Royal touch-. They did some boho braid - she is very affordable. Her price includes wash and deep condition hair including in the price and snack. Y.all don't focus on those bad reviews. The standard is so high. And the shop is clean and very welcoming. I will be back and I will bring my whole family

Manu did my Hair fue and really Pretty. I has hard time finding a stylist . I bb live the vibe. I will be back
