So I walked into this store yesterday after hearing they had the best prices. I wanted to see what they would charge me for a fill.

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, in the line of sight of somebody working on her customer's nails. She never once looked up or acknowledged my presence.

After about 5 minutes a man walked out from the back of the store, sat down, again in my line of sight, and did not acknowledge me.

I went from saying hello in a normal tone of voice, to a little louder to a little louder before the lady said something to the man, who had sat down and did not have a customer in front of him something in another language.

He then wanted to know what I wanted. I had to walk over to him and tell him I wanted to know what a fill would cost. He proceeded to ask me questions about other services that he wanted to offer me. I asked him at least three times what does it cost for a fill before he finally told me. If anybody wants to know it's $38. Not the cheapest in town.

I walked out. Very disappointed. Customer service is a thing!

I haven’t gotten my nails done in awhile but I always go here to get my eyebrows done so I can only give my suggestion on that alone. The women that do my eyebrows are sisters! Between them both, they always get me right. I refuse to go to anywhere but here with them two

Absolutely loved my experience at this salon, the techs were friendly and it was so much cheaper than everywhere else I've been to in South Austin. The artwork came out perfect just like the picture, and just how I wanted. 10/10 recommend

I asked for the nail design in the first photo and got this and he explained why he did it that way but it still wasn’t what I asked for and then they charged me $70 when I could’ve taken my business elsewhere to get it for $55 and done correctly. The clouds are okay I guess but he was talking to another employee while doing the dots so they look messy and rushed I looked at my nail techs Instagram page before he did the design and was impressed by what he’s done so I had high hopes. I can say I will not be going back:(

Horrible service. I sat there for 15min before anyone said anything. The older lady was rude when I was looking at the colors. I asked for a fill & he said he would have to do a fresh set, this was my first fill & the first set was done by them but I agreed anyway then he was on his phone as I was just sitting there with my nails half done. I left with NO NAILS. I thought I found a new nail salon near my house but looks like I’ll keep going to SUNSET NAILS! This place sucks!!

Came in with my friend so we could all get our nails done and the man with the glasses kept questioning everything I wanted done. He was laughing and the lady next to him as well. The lady as she did my friends nails told my friend like I’m not right next to her idk why she wants the straight clear nails and laughs. I think I came in as paying customer to get whatever I wanted done it was something so simple. I decided okay I’ll just get a manicure then she has did I want gel or powder she also laugh . I didn’t get anything done after all it just the disrespect and very unprofessional .

I moved from Austin always used to come to this place. I came back to visit family. I broke a nail went to the place sat there for 20 minutes then they refused to help me fix it. They told me to go back to the original nail tech which it 4 1/2 hours away. Never again will I give this place my money again. If you look at the Comments they are rude and disrespectful THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. They will be nice to you the first few visits after that rudeness.
