10/10 !!!! I am VERY particular about my nails & don’t like trying new nail techs… but I tried xclusive today & babyyy Lingh (Lin) did SOOO GOODT & she was very sweet! ++ the price is very good. This will be my new spot.

This is the only nail shop I go to. They are friendly, and even when busy they’ll bring you a drink and make you feel comfortable. I go to Lynn, she’s awesome & I really love her work!! My fill in was only $50

Been here a few times with mixed results but will not be back after today. I got 3 services and every single one of them was rushed. Got my nails done and they did SNS without completely removing the last layer. Asked for a pedi but started receiving a dry polish change (didnt bother correcting them as the pedi was very clearly going to be rushed just as the polish change started ). Final straw was my eyebrows. The woman arching them was very clearly rushing and didn’t even bother to arch the top with wax, only used a razor plus took out the whole tail of my eyebrow (which has always been thick and naturally shaped!). I was very explicit with the direction I gave which was clearly disregarded. It felt as if they were allowing folks to do services that they don’t specialize in for the sake of keeping things moving and I would have rather waited. I left here wanting to cry with the service I received. Will not be back and will not be recommending others.

My nail tech is LeeLee and she may be young but she can slay nails. She works with my natural arch and in all the time I've been coming to her I've only broken 1 nail once. Her designs are top notch and they last for weeks.

Been going here consistently since they opened a couple years back and I was so disappointed in the customer service I received today. I always paid a certain price for SNS on my natural nails and when a new young girl was overwhelmed with how to do them they raised the price on me. Very rude and dismissive with their approach. Lost a loyal customer today.

Jacky and his nail tech professionals are skilled and knowledgeable. If there is a problem with any service Jacky is there to correct it with great customer service. He is never rude. I have had him as my nail tech for five years and I lives work.
