So happy that I finally found my new nail place! I’ve been searching for a new nail salon in my area and have tried multiple that I really did not like. This one is amazing! All of the staff are super nice and the salon has a very relaxing feel. I had a broken nail under my old acrylic nail (done at a different salon) and they were so gentle and took their time repairing my nail. High quality service!

I’ve been coming to West U Nails since I moved to Houston a couple years back, and they have always been phenomenal! Every few weeks I come in for a dip manicure and, no matter which technician I work with, they always do a great job! Tina, Betty, everyone is always welcoming and seem to remember most of their clients by name. They do their best to help everyone quickly, with or without an appointment. I would recommend them to anyone who asked because they provide quality care and very reasonable prices.

Best nail place in the area! I have issues with getting in grown toe nails from pedicures and have had three pedicures from here with zero issues. My gel manicures last WEEKS! I was so frustrated at other places with getting shellac and it peeling off in less than a week. My shellac from here has lasted as long as 3-4 weeks. Longest latest gel manicure I have ever had and it always looks beautiful. Everyone is great, detail oriented and so friendly. Smells great too, clean. Highly recommend! Fair pricing as well.

This is my second time now at this nail shop. Everybody is usually very nice but most especially Michelle. She did my manicure today and also did it the last time and i must say she is wonderful and I love the nails she did for me. I'll definitely keep coming back to Michelle for my nails.

I don't want to speak too soon but I may have found my go-to nail salon *gasp*

West U Nails is really close to my house, and somehow I never tried them out before. They are located on a very busy street (Bellaire Blvd). It's not a huge shop, or new, but it is very clean. I finally came by for the first time on July 18 for a dip powder set with designs. The design was what I found on Pinterest. Somehow I forgot to take pictures then.. but it turned out amazing, just how I wanted it. I was pleasantly surprised that my cuticles were cut and prepped, not the usual treatment I get at other salons because I don't usually choose the manicure package.

I went back the second time on August 3, and this time the service was even more impressive. I had ripped out some of my nails the night before, and was in major need of a do-over. I came in right when they opened at 9am on a Saturday, got seated right away and offered a water. I noticed that a sealed set of cutters was used, which is a huge plus for sanitary reasons. I asked for dip powder with french tips in chrome. Spoiler alert The whole process took 2.5 hours!!

My technician (Sen) really took her time to make sure all the details are perfect, from shaping to painting on french tips with gel. She even helped me put on my mask when I couldn't do it with my nails being worked on at the time. When I requested chrome, I didn't realize how long it would take. She had to PAINT the chrome on top of the french tips, making sure it doesn't get on the rest of my nail bed. Even though it took that long, she didn't take any shortcuts, still lotioned & gave me a hand massage afterwards. I was in awe of the treatment I received. I literally can't wait to go back!

I‘ve tried other salons but I always come back to West U Nails & Facial. They are kind and clean and remember me everytime. I usually get something simple but they have done some gorgeous designs for my daughter!
