I am a regular customer at Vicky Nails for almost 10 years. I will highly recommend this place , the best one in West Island as they always do an excellent job , always with the smile, and satisfied customer all the time. Excellent in pedicure, manicure and foot massage. And most important the price is not expensive. Bring your whole family and you will be happy with the service.

My first time coming here and I must say I LOVED it! the quality of their work is on point, they took their time on shaping my nails and they’re detail oriented. Also the workers are very nice and interact with their clients which I don’t see often. Definitely coming back here.

It was my first time here and I was very surprised. The man was doing my nails very fast but honestly my nails were very nice in the end. I have to say that they need to cool down and take their time. They do their work very quickly and don’t finish it we need to remind them. I had to ask multiple times for him to fix some things and he did. Which I was very surprised. I did bio gel and my nails usually don’t last. Hopefully this one does.

I called on Monday to book an appointment for Tuesday for me and two of my other friends and surprisingly we were able to get spots. So I was super happy about that. Tuesday came, walked in the nail salon with my two other friends and the salon was FULL!!!! Wait wasn't too bad, around 15mins I'd say but what disappointed me is the fact that my friends and I all booked an appointment for 5 but we were seen at different times..... So that was unfortunate. I didn't rate this salon a full 5 stars because service was not good at all - my friends and I felt like we were just numbers. They were rushing on us since they were fully booked and other ladies started to line up for their appointments as well. The place was not neat at all... NAIL DUST EVERYWHERE! When it came to my nails, they picked the color for me and I really liked it however, the nail artist applied so many coats so now it looks like I have extremely fake nails when in fact I only asked for Shellac on my natural nails. For my two other friends, they had asked for Gel. They turned out nice however, under their nails were not filed properly so they have some type of gel or glue sticking out under their nails which sucks.... So after my experience there, I don't think I'd ever go back there... Price is affordable but the quality... I guess we can say you get what you pay for.... HMM.

Best spot in the west island, my twin and I come here for our nails since 2017 and we always get the best service. They have the best prices, they work really fast and they listen to the customer demands. 10/10!!

Terrible. Each nail has a different shape. Some thin, some thick. And it’s so bumpy. Never again. Pictures are taken just 4 days after the manicure ?
