My mom is 85 and never had professional pedicure. The woman who gave the pedicure took her time, was gentle and professional. My mom was so happy. She said it was worth the $30.00 and wants to go back monthly.

Love love love my nails. Been going here for a year or two. Once you get over the fact that the workers don’t talk to you while doing your nails or when you first walk in it’s a decent little place.

every worker acts like they’re mad at the world. they dont listen to customers and just aren’t friendly. i went in a day after a manicure with gel polish (to get a nail fixed that had literally peeled off by itself an hour after i left), and i sat in there for an HOUR in a chair waiting for them to fix ONE nail and nobody even spoke to me. only polite employee is the older lady who does pedicures. thats it.

If you're black, this is not the place for you. When I first went I thought I was just being impatient. But to go 3 times and get treated the same way every time it's very obvious. Every single time I went, it took them atleast 30 minutes to ask me what I wanted, and it wasn't many people in there. They dont talk to you and when they do they're rude. And yes everyone getting services was white. I wont ever go back!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever had hands down. We weren’t even spoken to when we walked in. He just looked at us and waited for us to say what we wanted. Then while we were looking at colors I had a question and he grabbed one of the color rings and threw it on the counter and said “here.” Never spoke a word unless it was to tell us what to do. My friend was talking to me and he tapped her finger and said be still. They do have a large color selection and they did a pretty good job. However, due to the way we were treated I will NEVER be back.

They do the best job of any nail salon in town but they are extremely rude and act like they hate what they do and their consumers as well. The only reason anyone would go back is because of the work they do. I fear their rudeness will eventually put them out of business.

The customer service was horrible! I didn’t receive the same greeting as the others and they definitely have their picks and chooses. Furthermore it took 30 minutes for me to be acknowledged. Tiger was decent but he’s not friendly and the other one seem like he had a problem with black people.
