So I recently moved up here I was referred to this place from a friend since the main place here in West colonial was full. I came here wanting to get something very simple, Just a foot massage and my nails. I got to the pedicure section and it took five minutes for them to understand the fact that I'm not here to do my toe nails or change the color just a foot massage and cutting my cuticles. When the lady finally understood what I was saying, not that it was anything hard to Understand but she did it out of anger because she wanted me to do my toenails even though I just did my toenails one week ago somewhere else. When I got to doing my fingernails, the line was out of order. People were getting services before other people that were already here. When they got to me, I just wanted short nails in the shape of oval or around nails. When I told the lady what I wanted, she kept Questioning me of why I'm not getting long nails. I feel like it's very rude to continuously Ask someone why they're not getting something else than What they're wanting. It's their nails if they want it short, they want it short they don't have to explain to you why they want it short. I gave her a short cute set style, but she couldn't even do it and it was so simple. It's just literally lines and gold little pearls but she was doing BS on my nails then dare to ask me do I like them when she can obviously see it looks nothing like the picture. I also in the beginning informed her i wanted to keep my real nails as is but instead she used fake nails to take off my old nails which broke my real nails completely instead of soaking the fake nails off she broke my real nails along with it. After that, I told her that I did not like them so she wiped them off and I found something else that I wanted to do, but she still messed that up. I got so frustrated of the fact that she couldn't even do anything so simple. then her and her Little coworkers continuously kept talking BS about the other customers there including me. she's right my face talking junk about me not liking my nails, ignoring the fact that she's the one that's messing them up. I had wanted to do my eyebrows there too, but after those two experiences, I said no thanks. I have never been to a nail salon that would charge me $50 for a foot massage and cutting cuticles And also $60 for nails that are short and round, even though she couldn't even do the exact style that I had wanted for both pictures that I showed her. I do not recommend this place. This is not for classy people Or anyone wanting their nails to come out right.
Down below, I put a picture of the style that I wanted at first, but she couldn't do it and then the style that I went with But she still didn't do it good. it doesn't look nothing like the picture. Mine turned out looking like a deck of cards instead lol

This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!! They do not value their customers if you don’t spend the money they want you to spend. My daughter is 17 y/o and works hard at her good grades and she also has a part time job at the mall. She likes to get her nails and feet done from time to time. The one time she got regular polish on her toes they jacked her polish up on purpose. She had lumpy polish on her toes as of my 5 y/o grandson painted her toes.

I came in on August 2 to get my nails done and by August 6 my nails were popping off. I get my nails done regularly and the only reason I came here is because my usual girl was booked. This is the first time this is ever happened when I’ve gotten my nails done though. My nail tech (the only male in the salon I didn’t catch his name) was rude and rushing the entire time. I had to beg him to do the nail designs that I wanted on my nails. And before he started the service I asked him did he think that he could do it or should I go somewhere else and he said he could. But the designs are sloppy, and cracking. This was my first and last time going to the salon, and even though the prices are cheap just spend the extra $40 and go to someone who knows what they’re doing and without the attitude.
-I also called to try to remedy the situation before leaving a review, and she said since it’s been six days they can’t help me, they only help up to three days. The pics are what I originally wanted vs what I got

Thy accepted me a few minutes before closing time. She took her time with me. Explained her services gave her professional opinion& advice when asked for it. And offers extremely competitive prices. I will definitely be a return customer.

This place never fails me.. straight from NYC n everytime im in Florida I get my my nails done here!!! I love how they just are so articulated with the nail art. Very friendly, very clean follow the cdc guidelines, and very professional. I just did the 3D eyebrow n wax, and I loveeee it like it came out so perfect. Definitely recommend Thy nails

Came in an hour before they closed , the lady who did my nails only took 30 mins to do them . It’s hasn’t been a week since I’ve had them nd they already look like I’ve had em on for 3 weeks . They’re already lifting and there’s acrylic on my cuticles . They’re bubbly , uneven and the shape is different on all of them .
