This place is incredible. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and they never disappoint. I trusted this salon with my nails for everyday wear along with my wedding and honeymoon this year. With October coming up, I just went for some spooky nails and had to leave this review. This was my first time getting a design and wow! Miley provided the service and I cannot believe how they came out! I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she made magic happen. Although they are pretty expensive, you get what you pay for and the nails last! I go once a month and with the exception of nail growth, my nails stay looking great the whole time. The employees are kind and professional. The store also shows you the total price before you receive the service so there are no surprises at the end.

Good looking salon with bad service and poor costumer service. I had a gel manicure and a regular manicure for $88 dollars. The gel manicure chipped by the 4th day. I decided to call the salon since it had been less than a week that I had the manicure done. The person who answered my phone call gave me an attitude after I explained my situation. Whoever picked up the phone call was trying to find all sort of excuses like accusing me of using Clorox, and other detergents rather than taking ownership for their service. They asked me to send an email with a pictures because they were going to investigate?! Exactly what I do not know? because they pretended to be busy and hanged up the phone.
I do not mind paying for an expensive manicure if the service is great but this place has really Bad service! A gel manicure that comes out in less than a week, that is unacceptable! I should had read the reviews before going to this place, because to my surprise I am not the only person that has left them a bad review for the same issue. I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone!

I got my nails done with Phillip. He was recommended by the owners because I told the owners I was picky. Phillip did not disappoint. He was amazing, took his time, made sure I was happy with my nails. He was very delicate and cautious with treating my nails very gentle and fragile. Left my nails looking beautiful. I highly recommend Phillip.

Time and time again they never fail to disappoint! The team at this location is very sweet and super helpful. I feel at home when I come to get my nails done. I always go with Kim for my nails, and she has been the one to basically nurse my nails back to health and break me out of my comfort zone with colors! Thank you to the amazing staff here for always being so welcoming.

Wow! I had an amazing experience at this salon. The place is flawless and beautifully designed. The moment you walk in you are immediately greeted. The customer service is flawless, everyone is kind and welcoming from the front desk to the manager. I’ve been twice to this salon already and the service and quality are consistent. The manager of this salon is incredible! She is constantly engaging with all customers making sure we are being taken care of, she is very charismatic. The salon truly elevates the concept of customer service. My technician was Niolys and she was perfect! She took her time to do my nails and her attention to detail was on point. Overall 10/10.

I tried this place for the first time today. It's excellent. The place is absolutely beautiful, impeccable, spa music, sea life videos on the walls, the decoration is exquisite. I didn't know any tech there, they assigned me Wendy. She was super professional and nice and her technique is amazing. She's so precise applying the nail polish, she doesn't need to clean the slides and my hands and feet are perfect, never seen something like that. The customer service is top notch, from the moment you arrive greeted by the owner until you leave.
I've been looking for a place like this for a while, I've been going to so many salons where they have ruined my nails and don't care. Prices are reasonable and so worth to pay. I did my appointment by chat late last night, couldn't believe the availability! They have a lot of technicians.
Absolutely recommend The Venetian Nail Spa. Going back there for sure, already made my next appointment.

My experience at Venetian London Square was absolutely AMAZING!! T was extremely helpful and kind, she came up with the best color scheme for the fall!! Long is a perfectionist!! Exactly what I’ve been looking for, for the past few months I’ve been hopping around from place to place I search of someone who uses good materials and someone who is a perfectionist! Long provided jus that!! This is my new place!! I love it here, it’s very elegant and clean, also extremely convenient. They’re open 7 days a week!! I recommend Venetian London Square 1000%! I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you!! ?

I’ve been here twice and will never go back. They use cheap nail polish and are too expensive. I paid $100 to remove the gel polish off my toes, paint toes and do powder on hand nails and it chipped by day 4. I’ve been here twice and both times my nails chipped by the first week. Just not worth the money if the nails don’t last.
