I have never felt the need to review and post about any larger chain store especially a target but when I went to this location yesterday I was in shock. I’m sure workers are busy but this was beyond filthy every where we went it looked like a tornado ran through the store and it was incredibly overwhelming to find what we came in for. Do better target.

Bought headphones this Black Friday and had to return them because I ended up not liking them. This turned into the biggest waste and headache I’ve ever had dealing with Target. They scan my receipt and the headphone and they got an error basically saying they could do the return. I was within the return window. After 20 minutes of the supervisor in the back trying to figure it out. They give me a number to call saying that those people could fix the problem. Called the number and after 40 minutes of explaining the problem being put on hold three times for up to 5 minutes or longer. They come back with there is nothing they could do if the store did not accept the return. But no worries they documented it and sent it to their higher ups and they’ll be calling me in 24-48 hours to see if there is anything they can do for me. The employee on the phone was vague about what were my options of higher ups helping me. I think I’m done with Target for the next little bit

I love Target. I live 45 minutes away where we have no Target. I have missed Target, so when I want to go it’s a joyous day and an adventure to boot! However, this store was a filthy mess, not only because there were clothes on the floor everywhere, but clothes were dirty on the racks. Felt like a thrift shop with second hand clothes, not new clothes.
Employees were chitchatting up front at the registers and the few on the floor didn’t smile, make eye contact or even ask if we were finding everything okay. Poor customer service.

Carts and carts full of clothing were located in all the clothing departments as if no one could put alway the stock that was coming from the dressing rooms. I watched an employee wheel a cart to a clothing section and while she was pushing it dragging a pantsuit in the floor, no wonder the clothes were dirty. She put the cart in juniors and walked away.
I worked retail, my boss would’ve fired me if i treated our stock like that, or had my departments of responsibility looking as this store did. Being short staffed isn’t an excuse. We had one employee per department and a manager, we still kept stock looking nice AND on the racks.
Customer service is the ultimate responsibility of all employees, but it comes from the top- if management isn’t setting the tone you lose customers and go out of business. Do better, Target.

Most every time I have enjoyed my trips to Target. I can always find one if I’m near or away visiting family in others states I know what I can get in Target, where to find it how clean they are. Helpful employers and mostly stocked with options of sizes and colors. It is always a pleasant experience at Target.

This Is The biggest Target I've been Too, of More than 120K feet. The selection of stuff and things on clearance Was So Much more than Other Targets, it was A little messy But It's Not the employees not Doing their Job its the customers Rummaging Through things and Not being respectful Of organizing it back. The Mountains You get to see on your way out is so beautiful!

I do enjoy my Target runs! This store has some great displays and is usually kept pretty clean. However, the shoe dept is a mess. Ransacked shelves, can’t find your size, it’s just a disaster. Make up aisle at times is the same way, a mess and not stocked. Out of every color or stuff is scattered. The grocery department is wonderful and they also have a special cooler for specially made organic dog food.
I love the home furnishings, bedding, and I really love the holiday section. I’ve always had helpful service and I feel the prices are pretty good.

Uhhh I write google reviews everywhere I go. That being said, it’s really hard to make deep social commentary based off of basic targets. I know what you are thinking, “If you don’t really have anything to say, why are you taking time out of your day to write this review?” I need to let the people know my thoughts of public places no matter what. It’s my duty as a level 6 local guide. Zack signing off.
