I’ve seen a lot of reviews complaining about price, but I’ve been incredibly impressed every time I get an acrylic set done here. I don’t get my nails done often and they always make it a very positive experience. The employees are incredibly kind and hard working, and my nails always look amazing. People forget that they are paying for the service, as well as the supplies they are using on their nails. Getting your nails done is not a necessity, it’s a privilege. If you don’t have the money to get your nails done, then don’t‍♀️. These employees deserve to get paid for the hard work they do. Much love for T&P nails

I paid too much money for my nails not to last a week. I had to get my nails redone the next day. Someone else redid them. 2 days later they started chipping. I took the loss but I’ll never go back. Gel polish really come on.
Update: The lack of accountability is crazy to me. We are customers not a number; You make your money from your customers period. My nails chipped before the growth. I’m just now making a review. I came twice to fix the problem. That should have been properly done the first time.(lol) it’s beyond me. Talk to your staff don’t rush the job. I also got a face wax that broke my face out. I just took the lose n won’t be back

This is the worst nail experience ever for me. He didn’t even clean up my cuticles before starting. He just roughed up my nails and slapped on the acrylic nails. It looks like I did them myself. They look so sloppy! Very disappointed.

Starting off, I'm not a frequent complainer, this experience was just a letdown. I was taken aback at the $100 charge for these nails. I've had much "fancier" nails for less. The most disappointing part of the pricing was that there was no upfront pricing discussion, and there wasn't even a breakdown at checkout until asked. It has only been 5 days, and one has already popped off. I'm gentle with my nails and given the price, I expected at least a two-week lifespan.

Clean environment, welcoming staff, but their pricing policy could use some tweaking.

Where should I begin - nail tech started off this unpleasant experience by gluing my finger to hers. Then the tip falls off another finger. ? the layers to my ombre weren't smooth so it came out looking pock marked under the clear. After completing the whe service she started hand filing again which left me with jagged edges to my nails. Crooked, ragged and jagged are how I'd describe my nails! I paid $80 for a poorly done full set which took over an hour of pure misery. Maybe it's me but I expect getting my nails done to be pleasant and relaxing. Esp at that price point

I joined my significant other for a simple manicure and requested to sit at the table next to her. Despite an open seat right beside her, the staff repeatedly tried to seat me across the room. I informed them that I would not proceed with the service unless I could sit next to her. After some discussion, they eventually agreed to let me stay at the station where I was already seated. However, upon leaving, I noticed my nails were uneven and poorly done, yet I was charged $30 for a simple trim. I won't be returning.

Y’all my girl Melissa did wonders on this nail design! Absolutely love it so much!! They were all so very sweet and joking around with each other making sure everyone was comfortable! Atmosphere and all was great!
