The manicure could have been better service. No lotion massage or cuticle oil applied or offered. She basically just filed and used a rough buffing filer on my nails. The polish application isn’t neat or nice. At the end of the service my hands were left dusty and dry with sloppy polish.

I asked for a some oil or anything for my cuticles and she hurriedly brushed way too much oil on my fingers and knuckles, no where near the cuticle.

The experience was disappointing.

This was my first time coming to the salon and this will definitely be my last time goinb. The person doing my nails clipped too much and made me start bleeding. She then tried to blame it on my nail breaking, but I had to tell her that that was not the case. I told her I can feel it when she cut too much off and I started bleeding immediately. She then apologized. She then started to try to paint my nails while my nails were still bleeding. I had to ask for a napkin and water to try to clean it up as much as I could but the blood was still dried up. She didn’t cut my nails evenly, and there are still white parts showing on my nails where she didn’t paint all the way down. This was a terrible first experience with this nail salon.

I had my Nails redone today by Tammy and not only that she is very professional but she did an amazing job on my nails. I highly recommend her. I was so happy when I left and I can’t stop looking at my nails because they look so amazing I will definitely be back to see her

Absolutely will not return. Customer service was good. The Salon was very clean and modern. However, my nail tech broke two of my nails. I have what looks like crop circles in my nail beds. I just wanted a simple manicure and gel polish.

This was my 1st bad experience at a nail salon. I asked for a regular pedicure and was charged for a sugar scrub. Also, the picture is after the nail techs 2nd attempt at french tip, the 1st time was even worse. Maybe the tech needs glasses, she was older than the other techs. I’ll never ever go back and I do not recommend anyone take their business here. Place at least was clean, so that’s what the 1 star was for.

Wow!!! Is all I can say. The staff and service at T&J Nails is amazing!!!! They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I would recommend anyone on the Southside or Southeast side to stop in for a 1st class experience. Beautiful location and very clean. Lisa and Chi are amazing people who run the establishments and always willing to help or answer questions.

I have been going to T&J for years. Ms. Lisa is very professional and always does a great job and designs I absolutely LOVE! The new location a few doors down from the old location provides a nice, relaxing atmosphere as well.
