I do not recommend anyone coming here. I came here for a simple gel x removal. I called ahead he told me to come at 6:10 I arrived and waited until 6:45 no problem I didn’t have an appointment and I heard staff mention they were understaffed so I was understanding. While I was waiting I kept hearing the lady next to me complain about her nails I should’ve left then. Someone finally comes to help me she’s standing up with her purse on and starts cutting my nails aggressively. She goes back to one nail to cut it shorter not sure why and gets to close causing me to bleed. She then laughs and after I asked her was it funny so act like she couldn’t hear me. I left in pain no apology no band aid nothing. I do not recommend!

I had the worst experience here, the lady that did my feet barely spoke english so i pulled out my translator and she still didnt understand so they got someone else to translate and she still didnt do what i asked. I asked for pedicure package number 2 and she told me number 3 was better but i told her i didnt want it. She gave me package number 3 against my wishes which was $10 more, and i didnt know until i asked to pay and they told me the total. After i told them the total was wrong they tried to tell me that i told the lady out my mouth that i wanted the more expensive package (they said they heard me say it ) and i specifically asked for the cheaper package so that i could have money to tip but that when straight out the window with this horrible service. And it took her 2 hours to do a basic pedicure!! I wouldnt send my worst enemy here, in fact it was so bad that it deserves a 0 but thats not possible so i give it a 1… goodluck to their next victim

Update: 2024 & Tony is still performing exceptionally well here. I wanted nails for my Baby Shower, so I reached out & to my surprise, Tony is still the nail tech I remember him to be, even better, from 5 years ago. I showed him a picture of what I wanted & he put me up on the latest trend. His shape, apex & side walls are impeccable. The travel was well worth it from Long Beach. Thank you so much, Tony, for a beautiful set.

never get my nails done but had a wedding coming up so found this place on google maps that had good ratings and it didn’t disappoint. Cami did my gel x nails. I asked for medium square. I showed her a pic of the shape I wanted and explained the design and look I wanted. I really love how it came out. She mentioned it could last up to a month so I’m looking forward to that. Cami was very nice and easy to talk to! She was also amenable when I asked for little corrections as she was doing my nails. Definitely will be going back

Got a really great manicure from Lily! Tony was super friendly and gave me a free hand massage when I asked nicely lol. Really reasonable prices too, will definitly come back!

Just wanted to come back and add that i mentioned to Lily that I do makeup and this is the first time long nails have felt truely comfortable and not make my job more difficult!!! I'm so impressed!!

Go and ask for Lisa for your pedicures she’s the best !! First person to do French tip how I asked. She took her time to get the shape perfect. Good prices as well.

I had tom and got french tip acrylics. It said online that this would take about an hour, but it only took 20 minutes! Very impressed with the service as well as how quick he was able to do my nails. Everyone her was very nice. Will be coming back!

I had the best experience at this nail salon. I got a gel mani and pedi, and not only were they kind enough to accommodate me so close to closing time, but they took their time and gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had in my life! They were thorough, they were meticulous, and I got a nice, long leg massage. The gentleman who did my pedicure took his time and even though I got just a basic pedicure, he gave me the best service and most complete care I could have asked for. The woman who did my nails, was gentle and kind and listened to how I like them, and did a perfect job! I highly recommend this place. They are clean, sanitized and treat customers with care and respect. They take pride in the service they provide and don’t try to just rush through it. I’m highly impressed, and will continue to go there when I’m back in the Los Angeles area.
