Amy did an amazing job cleaning and relaxing my feet, and Cindy was incredible with my waxing and manicure. I’m so impressed and loved the easy, great personal care I received from them. Now I know exactly where to go back!

I've been going here for 2 years now with different tech every time but Amy has been my favorite. She's new and I love her. Her customer service is a 10/10. She actually engages with me and keeps me off of my phone and does a very great job with my pedicure and acrylic. I don't feel rushed at all.

Another amazing expierence here at Star Nails. I know how busy a Saturday can be, but they were quick to get to me and took their time. I got a get pedicure, the massage by Dolena (I think was her name) was so heavenly. Great pressure and she took her time! Lily did my dip manicure and it came out looking like a models hands. I visited Star Nails for the first time around lunchtime, and I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I had asked for white nails with glitter, resembling snow, along with a snowflake design. Unfortunately, the outcome wasn’t what I expected, as I ended up with clear glittery nails instead. Since I was on a tight lunch break, I decided to go with the flow rather than ask for a change.

Afterward, I realized I had left my pink cup behind and called the salon to inquire. They informed me that it was no longer there, and it seems they don’t hold onto items left behind.

While I was considering going back for a different nail color, I’m now uncertain if I’ll return, given the mix-up with my nails and the lost item.

The customer service here is so good! The girls talk and get to know you and make sure you like what you’re getting.Amy is a sweetheart I will definitely come back to see her. I stopped coming because I moved but after trying other places I realized they are worth the drive. My boyfriend always compliments my nails when I get them done here he can clearly see the difference in quality.

Took my sister today to get pedicures since my family visited for the holidays. My sister has special needs and was taken care of so gently. They took great care of her and they did a great job on both of us! They took us right away no wait time when the first place we went to said they were too busy. Definitely coming back here again!
