I went for the first time today. I live super close by, but had been a little deterred by reviews about the owner/front desk man. I want to first say that he was very nice and I had no issues with him. I called when they opened and asked if they had any availability for a manicure and pedicure. I was told to come in at noon, arrived at 11:50, and told to come back about 30 minutes later. This was not a problem since I was not in a hurry.
My pedicure was fantastic, i believe the woman's name is Julie. She was thorough and meticulous. I 100% would go back to her. My manicurist I believe was new, maybe named Sabrina (i apologize, I'm awful with names). She didn't soak my nails at all. She used the cuticle solvent and got to work, but it would have been much better had they soaked in water first. Overall, she was nice, but I had to remind her to file my nails as she was about to start polishing them with zero filing. I literally just cut them quickly using a nailclipper the night before, so although they're suuuper duper short (think 5-year-old's hands) they were desperately in need of a quick filing. I've attached pictures to show the quality of her work. Oh. She also got polish on my pants, which she did point out at the end and apologized. Not a big deal, but only cause i don't care about these sweatpants. If i only got a manicure, i would give this place 1 star, but the pedicure was excellent, so I averaged it to 3 stars. Hopefully Sabrina just needs more practice. I will go back and see Julie(?) for a pedi and hopefully mani too in the future.

I’ve been a loyal customer for the past four years, but my experience today has left me deeply frustrated. I had an appointment scheduled for noon and arrived promptly at 11:55 AM. The owner and I chatted around 12:15 about golf cause we shared the same passion in golf and told me another 10 min. I said, no worries. Despite waiting patiently, I received no service and ended up leaving at 12:40 PM without any of the services, mani and pedi, I was scheduled for.

The manager repeatedly apologized and offered to do my manicure then, but I always do my mani and pedi together and simply didn’t have time to do them separately. I left and even asked them to call me by 3 PM to make things right (I do want to get my nail done), but I never received a call.

This is unacceptable. I’ve always appreciated the service here, but it’s clear that they don’t value its long-time customers anymore. I’m deeply disappointed and will not be returning. I refer this place to many of my friends too! It’s a shame to see a place I used to love become so careless in customer service.

I have been coming here for months since it's only a 2 min walk for me. I have had almost every nail tech do my hands and/or feet and out of all the places I have been to I can tell you that it was quality and solid work all around. I wear sneakers for work and can work anywhere from 3 hours to 12 hour shifts depending on the day. Lord knows how thankful I am for this place they always go above and beyond on my poor feet. lol

HONEST REVIEW. I arrived to my 6:40p appointment and had to wait for 40 min before service started. The owner, Alex Bach, was sitting at the desk upon my arrival. That man is so rude and his behavior to his employees was embarrassing & very unprofessional. I picked up my phone one time during my service and he walked over and expressed the shop was closing and I needed to stop picking up my phone so they could close. I explained i arrived at my appointment on time and it shouldn't be rushed bc closing time was approaching & they decided to book my appt at that time. I only picked up my phone once & didn't appreciate him being rude about it. We ended up arguing so bad that I was forced to leave. I told him I'd pay for what was done and he tried to charge me $65 for literally only gluing on the nail. No file, no color, no cutting, nothing(see photo). I refused to pay $65 so he still continued to argue with me and still charged me $30. My feet was never touched and I was there for an hour. My appointment included a full gel set and pedicure. I left with neither done. This owner is so bad and I do not recommend anyone spend their money with an owner who doesn't value customer service . He is the worse!
