Went in today with my niece. We have been here once before and they did a great job. However today they rushed and just a few hours later the paint is coming off of my nail. I live an hour away and work during the week and won’t be able to go back until next weekend. But I am upset with the quality my niece and I got today. Her nails are sharp sharp and I have to file them because they don’t seemed filed. Some of the artwork on hers looks rushed but overall she is satisfied. I am not though. For what I pay to get them done, I expected better quality. Super sweet people but they just didn’t take their time so the quality isn’t what it should be. I understand it was a busy day, but I just wish they would’ve took time so I wouldn’t have to go with nails that are already chipping.

I did go in for a repair basically, from the mess up that the sister store did. I still had to pay for an acrylic upgrade, plus another upgrade charge..which I didn't think was right but I paid it anyway. I appreciated having my nails done right this time around.

This was my first time going to this nail salon and I was not impressed. The tools that they use are absolutely disgusting…NOTHING was clean or sanitized. Every nail clipper, drill bit, and brush was dirty and just laying around. When I went in, I asked for builder gel but they didn’t have it so I asked for some sort of overlay on my natural nail that wouldn’t ruin it. I was then told my the front desk clerk that your nails being ruined is just the result of any type of service they offered. So with that I was slightly disappointed but I understood. When the worker began I asked her not to drill my nail bed too much(I understand that it helps them stay on longer but I was willing to sacrifice that) so when I soaked my nails in acetone and took them off at home i had large indents on my nails from her excessively drilling my nail beds. I had to ask 3 separate times for her to shorten the nails and each time she seemed irritated and barely took off anything resulting in them still ridiculously long. I had showed the lady an inspiration pic for the design I wanted on my ringer finger and she went with the whole picture. She didn’t let me choose my shape and was rushing me for the color. I get the same color every time but I didn’t see it as an option on the samples she gave me, eventually she brought me the rest of the sample colors. Then when she went to get the color, it was almost completely empty. She had to keep turning the entire bottle upside down to get it out and only did two very thin layers of polish. It was blotchy and had areas where it didn’t look evenly applied (I’m guessing that was because of the limited polish she had to work with). Lastly when I checked out, the price was more than I expected so I had just asked for a breakdown of the price and she was unable to give me any information other than $3 extra for design. The nails were different lengths and the shape SHE chose was not uniform along all 10 nails. The one positive thing I can say was that the design was pretty. But a pretty design does not make up for the rest. I simply cannot get over how gross the products and tools were :/

There was no wait we actually went about 10am on a Saturday. There were not a lot of workers to choose from and since I did not have a specific tech in mind the receptionist suggested a lady. She did a good job. I did have to guide her on the length. I gave 4 stars because they did not have the color that I wanted and I did have to state several times my desired shape. I also got a Pedi by the same tech which went well.

I really enjoyed my pedicure. I got the girls name but can’t remember it. She did an amazing job on my feet. I will definitely go back. Wish I could have mentioned her personally.

Love the people here got my eyebrows done first then they convinced me to get a pedicure she took her time and was very professional! 10/10 would recommend
