Sloppy job - never had a nail job done so badly before. Showed them a picture of ombré purple and pink and asked if they were able to replicate and they said yes. And then passed me to Ken and towards the end he said they can’t. Very impatient and rude, no thoughts into the work. The nails were all uneven, the decals started falling off as soon as i got home. This was $80 which is fine if the job was well done. Never go back there again. I didn’t think they were honest. At least be honest and say you don’t know how to do the nails I wanted and I would have been fine to wait for another tech, or go to another store. I would never ever recommend

This is my favorite nail salon!! I moved here from NY and tried so many places and was consistently disappointed until I tried signature nail spa! Nora is my girl and she is LITERALLY the best I have ever had for my nails! I always get an ombre / French look! So classy! So pretty! Highly recommend this salon!!
Mani and pedi is always on point! Everyone is also very friendly and the salon is exceptionally clean!

Really friendly, huge selection of gel polish colors. Great job on both manicure and pedicure polish application, did not get onto my cuticles at all which is especially important for longevity. I requested a design on my fingernails and the artist did a great job!

Loved it so much! The technician, Youhun, was very nice and thoughtful about making sure the nail shape, dip, and finished looked amazing! One of my best salon experiences for sure

Very nice customer service! We did exactly what I asked. They even fixed the mistakes my last nail tech did to my nails. The cost was relatively affordable. I got a refill with gel polish. It was about $49. For the quality. I definitely think it was worth it! We'll definitely come again.

I have been getting my nails done regularly for 20+ years, across 4 states. For the past 8+ years I am a regular at Signature and I will go nowhere else. I don't even "treat myself" to spa manis/pedis on vacation anymore because I like the experience and results here better. I refer anyone who asks for my recommendation, and bring my family/friends when I can. The staff are welcoming, warm, I have never been unsatisfied with a service, the salon is clean, and the prices are great. Personal perk for me is that they can get my services done quickly when I need.

The pictures speak for themselves. I’ve never had acrylic with normal gel polish come out lumpy. The worst full set I’ve ever gotten in my life.
