They're awful at nails. I have been twice, the first time was quick and only $50, they fell off within a week. I tried them again yesterday, spent $80 on my nails for them to break within 24hr. Like seriously I will NOT be giving them anymore chances.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done! The salon is so clean and the staff is very good. When my mom visits from out of town, she wants to come and see Vu (he's the greatest!). They really listen to what you want and give it to you.

For what you pay you’d think they would do a better more efficient job. This was my 9 year olds nails, half painted and charged $50. What a complete rip off, I do not recommend this place

I wanted a island ?️ look and yes I got it. Serenity nails was so pleasant and patient with me. They found the perfect person for the task and Nathan did that‼️ Nathan is amazing, my nails is absolutely gorgeous‼️ Highly recommend Nathan.

I went to get this cute design done, and Vu made it look even better than the photo! He was quick, friendly, and the price was amazing! I will definitely be coming back and asking for him ~ Miyana

Never coming here again. I wanted a basic manicure and they made my cuticles bleed half way through the process. Not to mention after I told them it was an unpleasant experience they charged me $65 and ignored my complaint. They were very rude and did not acknowledge the incident at all. Not sure how they are still open.

My nails are already chipping and coming up. I came Tuesday afternoon and when I sat down I asked the lady to trim my cuticles with the scissors and she used the drimmel and it cut me. Some of my nails are crooked and the dip isn’t even on all of my nails and not to mention they aren’t even shaped. I won’t be back that’s for sure.

I have been going here for almost 6 years! This place is absolutely amazing! Vivi does my nails and she kills it every single time! I’ve tried a few other places in the past and I haven’t liked any of them as much and I LOVE Serenity! I’ve recommended so many people to try Serenity and they all have great things to say!
