We waited for an hour before we someone came to do our pedicures. The water was cold and our feet were soggy after sitting in water for an hour. We got started but the techs would only do one thing and then move to other clients. It felt very rushed and sloppy. My toes were a mess before I left my chair. I asked the lady to fix them and she just added more lumpy polish to it. They are too cheap to let you keep the toe spacers so they put rolled up toilet paper between your toes. They did not do any type of skin removal or cuticle care. The lady put my shoes on my feet before I had been to the dryer, my polish had been on 20 seconds! They needed to get me out of the chair because they had people waiting. Horrible experience! I paid $40 for maybe 10 minutes of terrible service and cheap, lumpy polish that is already chipped off. It has only been 5 hours ! Do not recommend!

If you have a Karen personality then you should avoid new nail places and stick with what you know. I can’t speak for the manicures, I’ve never had one. But their pedicures are fantastic. Hot wax, hot stones, a light massage, sea salt scrub, etc. I’ve yet to meet a staff member who did a poor job or was unprofessional. Everyone here has been very kind and professional. I’ve come here multiple times and had a great experience every time.

This is the first time I came here to get a pedicure. They did a really good job- you get a wax done and a hot stone massage on your feet and legs, which I’ve never experienced before. It was really nice! The guy doing my nails was friendly, didn’t talk much but was nice. My only complaint was that the card machine was down so I had to get cash out at the bank down the street.

They cut my nails way too short and hurt my toe ouch! Other than that it feels very rushed and passive aggressive if you don’t know where to place your feet and when.

I would not recommend this mail salon. They damaged my nails with the grinder tool, I see white spots on my nails indicating damage. My nails aren't smooth on the tips, they feel rough. My French tips are not even. There are bubbles. They tried to over charge me when I only asked for a gel color change. You can tell they are just trying to be fast and get people out of the door. I will never come back. Don't waste your time here.

Other nail artists were good with my aunt but mine was rough and rude and didn't care when I told her she was hurting my fingers. I said "ouch" too many times and had a bloody cuticle when she was done. However, my nails look nice. The eyebrow waxer we had was awesome.
