Horrible horrible nail salon! My husband scheduled me a facial and manicure as a surprise. I show up to Rosanna Day Spa and check in. First, they didn’t have my name down. The front desk girl was eating while I was talking to her. She continued eating while asking questions and even answered the phone mid conversation. I called my husband to find out who it was scheduled with and then told the front desk lady. Well, they said they will assign me someone.

The young girl who did my manicure barely spoke English. I told her I just wanted clear gel polish. I also said leave the length. She proceeded to cut my nails very short! To top it off she cut it square after I told her I didn’t not like square. I asked her to round out the corners. She filed it down and cut some more. By this time I told her again, the ends were too square and sharp. She started to file some more and I told her just leave it.

After that I cancelled my facial and paid for the poor excuse of a manicure. i paid $40 for something I could have had my 8yr old niece do. I would not stick around for anything else. Very disappointed with the service and professionalism.

Nicky is great with my manicure and relaxing pedicure. Her designs are beautiful. She is always kind, patient, takes care of you, and makes sure you are satisfied with the service. Be sure to ask for Nicky

This was my first time coming for a full set and Lauren (Loren) was lovely! she was precise with everything and I got ombré, the pink she used at first she noticed was too light for my skin tone and decided to change it for me! I am very happy with the choice and she spent her time on me and I didn’t feel rushed! Will definitely come back again, she was understanding to my wants and if I didn’t like something she fixed it no questions or attitude. She has great professionalism and work ethic!

Mylien and Myluu were both absolutely amazing and were so kind taking me last minute. Mylien wasn’t even in the shop because technically they were close to closing time and when they called her to see if she would take me she came back to the shop and helped me. It’s amazing that she did that and could’ve easily turned me away. Thank you guys so much!!! 2nd time going and was blown away. Since I couldn’t leave a second review I edited my first one to include both experiences. The blue is the latest I’m describing now ….

I highly recommend this place, it was my first time there and the staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was getting a manicure with a full set and a pedicure with gel polish. Despite the hour being close to their closing time, they still were very happy to accommodate me.

Tina who was just amazing and helpful with guiding me to a devious and another lady I believe her name was Mei yi who worked her magic on my pedicure.
Overall best experience I ever had as a new client as well as results

I don’t want to give this place ANY stars tbh. My bfs coworker recommended this place since she’s a regular there. I came in with old gel polish I did myself. She peeled it off each finger instead of soaking or even filing them off. Red flag #1. She proceeded to rush me and be very rough with filing and didnt even do much cuticle work even though I def had cuticles to work on ? red flag #2. Then As you can see the middle finger was crooked and she refused to fix it and told me it was just my “bone shape”. Red flag #3 the crooked nail fell off 3 days later and when I got it repaired by someone else it was so sloppy and this time it was leaning to the opposite side than before I didn’t know finger bones changed direction like that. She left a lottt of extra product around and even under my nails and I had to stop to ask her to paint and file the edge of the nail before I left. $65 for the set and a free repair later I am not impressed with it. Maybe I’m just too picky but a classic French with short extensions should be able to be achieved with their eyes closed and this whole experience just made me remember why it’s been years since I’ve let anyone do my nails and why I will continue to do them myself for as long as I can. This was a first time experience for me, I worked with holly the first time and Tina for the repair. Thanks but I will not be returning. PLUS THIS PLACE REALLY IS FILTHY THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE NOT LYING ABOUT THAT

I recently visited Risana Nails, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The French manicure looked nothing like the photo I showed; The pedicure was equally subpar, lacking thoroughness and basic expectations of a $45 pedicure. Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied and didn’t have time to further address my concerns as a pedicure and manicure took almost 3 hours. Lastly my gel manicure has peeled off on 3 fingers and I got the service 3 days ago. I would not recommend this salon based on my visit.

Shout out to Thi. She’s so sweet. The bad rating is for the customer service at the front desk. I spent way too much money + tip on just a gel manicure to be treated that way. Absolutely unacceptable.

This morning Was my first Time at Risana’s.
And it surely won’t be my last. I am new to the Woodbridge area, so obviously, new to the salon as well. I came in with no appointment. The check in was very easy, although there was no receptionist at the desk at the moment. Their digital check-in process is simple and easy. I was seated and waited approximately 15 minutes and was seated to get my nails done. The staff there are so friendly and the Nail technician(Jessica) Gave me exactly what I asked for. She asked me to show her image, I did that. And she executed perfectly! I came in needing a full set. Not only did she execute exactly what I asked for, but she completed everything in less than an hour or at least within and hour. Her work was flawless. And done very well. The salon is BEAUTIFUL inside. And what struck me the most was, there was a mother getting her nails done and had an infant in a stroller that was not too happy. For several minutes, the infant cried for her mother and just wanted to be comforted while her mother sat to get her nails done. Mom along with Nail technician did the best they could to try to keep the infant quiet. Once mom finally got her hands in the dryer to dry her nails. Her nail technician got up out of her seat and took the baby and strolled her around the nail shop, and calmly and softly spoke to her to quiet the baby and it worked. That showed me that they not only care about their clients. But they care about the babies as well.?That made my heart super happy, and it speaks volumes for the staff. I will say, I paid a little more than I am used to. However, the service, the quality, and the time… Makes up for the money spent. I am super pleased, and will be returning in two weeks when I am in need of a fill.?
