Fantastic First Experience!

My mom and I decided to try out Resonance Nails & Spa for the first time, and we were thoroughly impressed with our visit! Despite being walk-ins without appointments, they seated us right away. We both opted for gel manicures and pedicures, and the experience was delightful.

James took care of my mom's manicure and pedicure, and she couldn't have been happier with his service. He was attentive and ensured she was comfortable throughout. She's already planning to become a loyal customer of his!

For my services, Maya did my manicure and another skilled woman did my pedicure. I showed her an inspiration picture for my toes, but unfortunately, we couldn't quite get the color right for my skin tone, which left me a bit disappointed. However, the team quickly jumped in to help and offered to change the color until I was completely satisfied. They made me feel so comfortable speaking up about my preferences, which I really appreciate.

Their customer service truly stands out—they prioritize your happiness above all else. We left with smiles on our faces and plans to return. If you're looking for a nail salon that values your satisfaction and comfort, look no further than Resonance Nails & Spa. Can't wait for our next visit!

They really let me walk out like this. There is no way this place has great reviews. I'm shaking and crying at how ugly these are. And yes I mentioned they didn't look right.

Please just refund my money. I should not have to tell you how to do your job. I was honestly in shock.i really don't want to waste my time sitting there for hours telling you how my nails should be done. They are clearly wonky and so ugly.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a couple of years now after I was treated poorly at another salon whom shall not be named and boy do I not regret it! Hannah is my go to for my dip manis and she does the best work AND designs! For my pedis, Quin and Michelle are my go to. Idk how Quin does it. She takes my feet from busted hobbit to feet that belong to a woman lol. Quin has also jumped in to help with designs and she is ALSO very very good! These ladies are all very talented and I am very happy that I found ‘my salon!’

I LOVE Resonance Nails! Been coming here for a year now and have never had a bad experience. I love Quyen, she does amazing dipped nails that look fabulous every time! Michelle is my go to for pedicures, very gentle and always leaves my feet feeling fresh and beautiful. Overall, a wonderful salon I highly recommend. I won't go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here since December as i’m new to the Goodyear area and this home felt salon has not disappointed!

Helen did an amazing job on my toes. So much attention to detail and really took her time to make sure my toe nails were shaped and cleaned up to perfection.

I usually go to Hannah for my dip because she does a phenomenal job and really takes her time and goes the extra mile.

I ended up with Tammy and she took such pride in making sure I was happy with my nails. She truly went above and beyond. At some point in time Quinn came over to help shape and file my nails and it’s the best i’ve ever had! I’m so happy with the results.

My own cherished nail tech, who I had seen for several years, retired due to health reasons and I had to go shopping for a new person to form a relationship with...someone I could trust to take care of my very specific needs. (That can be somewhat stressful) I found the care I was looking for at Resonance. My new nail tech, Ann, is a sweet-natured person who took very special care of me. She is both kind and impressively skilled...taking great care to understand what I prefer and pay attention to the detail. She was gentle and did an excellent job. My experience couldn't have been more perfect. Everyone in the salon is very kind and professional and the atmosphere is quite pleasant as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am happy to be a faithful Resonance customer.
