The first and only time I've been here Dr Manu didn't even evaluate me and check what's going on with my body. He just asked what was going on and had his assistant type it down. Didn't even look at me while talking or give me any solutions for my pain
and symptoms that I began to have weekly/daily. Scheduled me for an ERCP stent removal procedure that keeps getting pushed backed for the 2nd time now as it is affecting my daily life. Every time I call the office the receptionists are never good use of help to me. For the amount of times they called me or I've called them they can't even identify who I am or provide me information that I need. Horrible patient services. Everytime I call it seems he's not available or in the office.

I have never ever wrote an online review for anything in my life, but for my experience at this clinic, I felt compelled and responsible to do so.

Absolutely the worst medical provider experience. The front office staff are very rude and obnoxious. Came in a little late, but very apologetic and greeting the front office receptionist with a smile. Without greeting me back or anything, she said no he can’t see you, I then asked her if I can get assistance with removing staples on my head, immediately she responded oh no he can’t , he is an abdomen specialist not head, go where you got them to have them removed, I said it was at Mercy ER, she responded oh go there then. She then said he needs to go to the hospital, asked her if she can check or ask the doctor if he is willing to see one more patient please rolled up her eyes and walked of the desk with a huge loud exhale for like 20 seconds and came back saying no he can’t. I then asked her would you please see if I can get my medications refills, replied oh no not today because we still have patients in the office with paperwork and stuff, will have to be tomorrow. Then I wondered when you receive medications refill on the phone throughout the day , you only accept them when you have no patients in the office?

Very rude office front office receptionist, but I believe the doctor has great experience within his field, but not so great skills with picking or hiring staff for his clinic. O star is way too much for their very very poor level of customer/ customer service that is loaded with negative contagious energy Sad 🙁

Terrible experiences with both of my procedures, that were painful and traumatic. He has zero bedside manner, and he never looks you in the face. I think if you are a woman it is worse. On one of my procedures,he did not say he was doing a biopsy, and I had an awful gag flex, and was being yelled at to RELAX. He took time talking to all the other patients and he left me there and went to the hospital without saying anything to me. They scheduled me an office visit that lasted about 3 minutes, and offered no solutions, or recommendations for my issues, just more pills. I do not recommend him at all, and feel sorry for his nice office staff.

Dr. Manu cought my cancer in time and the staff are awesome. If it wasn't for Dr.Manu, I would not be here today... Thank You Dr.Manu, you save my life.?

Extremely disappointed in Dr. Manu. He had performed a procedure on my husband when he was in the hospital, so we went to him for follow-up. He had the warmth of an icecube. He never used my husband's name. Gave information that contradicted the other hospital staff doctor. He recommended an unnecessary (expensive) test. The final straw was that he took a personal phone call in the middle of the appointment -- and didn't have the courtesy to apologize for the interruption. If I could him 0 stars, I would.

Dr Manu did not listen to me at all and showed no compassion. When I went to see him I was in so much pain I had not eaten anything in 3 days and was dizzy and weak. He said he would see me in a month! I told him again I couldn’t eat because it hurt so he conceded and scheduled a test for 2 weeks later! I immediately found a new dr.

I decided to look up reviews and to my experience with Dr Manu , I completely agree and sympathize with these unfortunate comments. My first visit with him was so unprofessional, he has no manners, not a hello as a matter of fact he told me to stand as far away. Covid distancing, okay but how or when do you expect to examine me?! Well he didn’t! However, he verbally purposed to his solution of my Gastro problems is to remove my colon . He repeatedly said it! Yet , first time he’s met me, he didn’t examine me, and didn’t care to see my previous medical reports with me. I’m young and that’s his solution to constipation. He is like a ice cube with no friendliness , manners or care.
