Most painful pedicure I’ve ever gotten!! My cuticles got cut up and so did the top of my foot because for some reason the woman that did them used the tool for the bottom of the foot on the top of my foot. Took these pics the next day and you can visibly see all the cuts on my foot and cuticle. She did good on the design I wanted but I would not come back here to be honest.

HORRIBLE service overall!!! I went to get my dip powder nails refilled as they’d grown out. I called ahead to confirm they could do it and they said yes. However, when I arrived the lady who took me said they don’t do refills and that no place in Houston does (this isn’t true). She said I’d have to take off and redo the whole manicure. When she started doing my nails, she left one tip very jagged on the edge and it was getting stuck to the towel. I asked her if she could just file it down a little and she became extremely irritable and rude with me. She said she would fix it at the end, and berated me, saying “I’ve been doing nails for 30 years, I know what I’m doing more than you do.” At the end, she had left a gaping hole in one of the nails that hadn’t been filled properly with the dip powder, and I had to ask her to redo that nail completely. There are plenty of better places in the Rice U area, don’t waste your time on this one.

Wonderful experience! They did a great job pampering me. I selected one of the upgrades "cocomie" and it was worth it. The coconut scrub, oranges and paraffin wax made me feel like a Queen. The ladies working there were very nice as well. Also for men, as there were two getting their feet done at the same time. Atmosphere was very clean and quiet with soft music playing.

I visited this nail salon for the first time on 4/8/22 needless to say I will not be returning. My pedicure was ok. Let me start from the beginning. As expensive as this place is, it should look nicer and I should have been offered refreshments when I arrived, I wasn’t. During my pedicure the nail tech cut into my cuticle too deep and nicked me to the point where I bled. It happens sometimes I understand, but she didn’t even apologize. She just looked up at me and asked if I wanted her to cut it anyway. I told her ok but to be careful. I guess during the rest of the pedicure she forgot that she cut me and kept rubbing that toe with the towel. I had to keep flinching to let her know to chill out with that. A woman who was sitting next to me was on the phone cursing. She kept saying the curse word “shit” and no one in the shop corrected her. Yes we are all grown but I don’t want to hear that. Anyway I won’t return. Later I got a survey sent to my phone and as soon as I hit send I got an automated notification saying “ Plush Nails studio: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I am so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I am the manager of the store. If you'd like to discuss this further, please contact me at the store's phone number. Thank you.” Well I responded by saying that I shouldn’t have to tell you how to be professional.

The takeaway is, this place is to expensive for what it offers.
