My second time here and I am very pleased. Hen has done an excellent job on my nails both times! Everyone at the shop is very nice and kind. ?

Absolute trash. My lady went it to have her REAL nails TRIMMED & PAINTED and RIPPED her nails off and tried to do some other unnecessary stuff she didn’t want. She said she’ll never go back

Place is trash. They’ll destroy your hands and try to do things you don’t ask for

I love getting my nails here! They do their work really nicely and the price isn’t so bad. It gets packed really fast so you have to be there early and there no parking so beware of that. Sometimes the wait to be attended sucks but it’s worth it at the end:) I got my nails done by Amy, she’s great and she’s quick !

I waited two hours for Hen to say to me "can you come back tomorrow." I signed in when I got there, and she asked me if I wanted a pedicure. I said, "no just a fill" so its not like she didn't know I was there and I am her client because she did my nails the only other time I was there. Before that the guy asked me if I was waiting and I said "yeah for Hen." Then, he and another lady started laughing and I asked what are you laughing at and that is when Hen asked if I could come back the next day. Horrible. I wasted two hours sitting in a chair for nothing. I hope nobody else wastes their time like I did.

I waited patiently for a while, I was told I would be next and it would take 30 min. I kept asking to make sure I was still going to be serviced and when I finally ask the last time after a total of one hour and twenty minutes of already waiting, they tell me it would be a whole other TWO HOURS! I was furious because why couldn’t they just tell me that before I wasted almost an hour and a half of my life?!? So unprofessional. I don’t recommend coming here unless you have an appointment or prepare to get your time wasted. Honestly, even with an appointment you may still end up waiting.

We were looking for a thorough service with good pricing, that accepted walk ins.
Phoenix checked all three. I was helped by a patient older woman (I can't recall her name) and she was very detailed with cleaning and clipping my nails. I will say, make sure you speak up if you don't like something or if you need them to be more gentle, because it seems they are efficient and quick over all. I personally like to make sure everything is really neat since I don't get my nails done often.
Overall good service, 2 basic Mani pedis cost $79
