Went to Oakville Nail Bar for the 1st time with 2 of my friends on a Friday late afternoon (5 pm). Staff was friendly; service was prompt, and I was genuinely impressed with the overall cleanliness and spaciousness of the salon. The ambience was also very welcoming, bright, and open. I ended up getting acrylic Christmas themed nails and I'm absolutely in love with them! At the time of our appointment, there also happened to be a Pomeranian present at the salon (I believe it was the owner's) which I found was adorable and a nice little touch.

Due to their popularity, it is recommended to make an appt. ahead of time to secure your spot despite that they do accept walk-ins. I will definitely be returning to this place to get my nails done if I'm in the area. Absolute stellar quality service and an exceptionally clean nail salon!

I could give a negative star if available. Did shellac manicure yesterday Dec 06, 2024 and today it’s gone. While doing the nails, the staff did a coat before the previous coat got dry and she didn’t care to fix it properly, now it’s waste of money. Very poor service.

Reply to Oakville Nail bar: I came in as walk-in between 7- 8pm on Dec 6th and your staff name is Christina. You charged $40 for the shellac manicure that ripped the very next day

I’ve been going here for nearly two years and always have a great experience. Layla is my go to and she’s amazing- there’s never big gaps between the cuticle and the polish so it lasts that much better! She’s also just a lovely person in general. They are always on time for when I book my appointments, I never have to wait which is a big bonus. The salon is clean and comfortable. 10/10 recommend :).

Amy did such a wonderful job with my shellac manicure! She was able to select the exact colour of a picture I showed her and shaped my nails to perfection. The service started right on time and was quick and efficient. They even gave out a holiday goody bag with cuticle oil, which is much appreciated!! Will definitely be making this place my new neighborhood salon ?

I have been going to Oakville Nail Bar for over a year and they are great. They are very attentive, professional, on time. I used to do my nails with Leo, he is amazing but today I had his sister Leanne and she is also amazing. I super recommend Oakville Nail bar.

I went there yesterday for my pedicure and acrylic for my hand nails. Pedicure was good and that’s why giving 3 stars, however I am not happy and satisfied with my hand acrylic nails. The shape are uneven, there are bubbles on nail paint which looks bad.so disappointed with acrylic extensions

Today, I went to get my nails done for my birthday dinner, and it turned into an absolute nightmare. From the moment I sat down, Tom Bui, my nail technician, made it clear he had zero patience. As I tried to decide on a color, he kept rolling his eyes dramatically, making me feel like a huge inconvenience. I even apologized, trying to explain that it was a special occasion for me, but he couldn’t care less. His dismissive attitude and rude behavior were ruining what was supposed to be a joyful day, and I finally had to ask him to stop and get someone else. To make matters worse, the rest of the staff were just as rude and unwelcoming—completely indifferent to the fact that I was having such a terrible experience. The only person who showed any hint of kindness was one of the receptionists, but by then, the damage was already done. It was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had… my nails are not well shaped but they didn’t care
