Veronica the receptionist who also serves as Dr. Alexanders assistant is awesome, super friendly and knowledgeable with insurance paperwork and procedures! I went in for a filling, retainer crown and pontic porcelain/ceramic procedure and I am very happy with the results. Going forward I'm going to need more dental work and I feel really good about Dr. Alexander. Great job ! Thank you North Pointe Dental.

Dr. Alexander has been my dentist for several years now. He's efficient, gentle and honest about your dental care and needs. His assistant Veronica is always very helpful and nice! They work you in if you have a dental emergency. Great place!

This is the worst dentist l've ever seen. From the unfriendly receptionist to the dentist, it was a complete waste of my time and very precious energy. The only reason I can think of for a dentist to do absolutely nothing to treat a toothache is MONEY & INSURANCE! if you don't want to do your job for the indigent because of the insurance payment,then don't contract with Medicare/Medicaid HMO. Simple! but to refuse to treat my toothache at all, telling me there is nothing wrong when I am in pain and having trouble eating and even brushing that tooth is completely unacceptable, incorrect, mean, and MALPRACTICE!! No wonder your office is empty. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!

Scammer alert: The dentist here told me that I had three cavities that needed to be filled.
That seemed weird, because I’ve always had very healthy teeth. Late 40’s and only one cavity in my youth.
When I questioned him about that, he got very defensive and told the assistant to go get my photos. Not ex-rays. They showed me photos of my teeth which had average stains for a person my age and tried to convince me that these were cavities.
The whole situation seemed very sketchy so I went to see a different dentist who told me that my teeth are “ great “ and that “ it would be a crime to drill into my teeth “
I really dodged a bullet with this practice and it makes me mad and sad to think of all of the people who have had needless procedures with this practice.

Happy that I found North Pointe Dental. Doctor Manu and the secretary are very nice, they explain very well the dental plan I needed .
