My mom and I went to NOA for a mini spa treatment for her birthday and we loved our first time experience!
From start to finish everyone was very welcoming. Our technicians Dung and Fee were very professional and gentle. My mom decided to get a design done and Dung did so good! I should mentioned that I called ahead of time to make a reservation for my mom and I to get pedicures.
The salon was decorated beautifully and was very clean. If I’m not mistaken, every service comes with a drink. They handed us a list to choose from and I got a coke and my mom got a glass of white wine.
Overall, very great experience! We will be going back.

Julie did and amazing job with my nails today and made me fall in love with cat eye nails. they told me they had just gotten new cat eye and moonlight nail polish and i've been getting so many compliments ! shout out to her she did an amazing job yet got me in and out of there in an hour. will definitely be coming back to see her. Kenny did my nails a few months ago and he's really good too. thanks julie!

My friend and I visited Nails America’s River Oaks location while our usual spot was still without power post-hurricane. We were pleasantly surprised to find the power back on and were warmly greeted upon arrival. The staff here is incredibly organized, although they initially forgot my friend’s manicure request while we were choosing nail colors. They quickly rectified the oversight once we reminded them, which we appreciated.

During our pedicures, we noticed a dedicated cleaning routine where chairs are sanitized after each customer—a detail that sets this location apart. It’s small touches like these that make a difference. I’d suggest offering bottled water instead of cups for a more premium experience.

My nail technician, BeeBee, was outstanding. She was courteous, remembered my name, and her work was impeccable. I might just become a regular at this location because of her!

The only downside was the cramped setup, especially when it’s busy, which can make navigating around filled chairs a bit challenging.

Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’ll definitely consider returning, especially for BeeBee’s excellent service.

I had an amazing experience at Nails of America Riveroaks, thanks to JC and Fee! JC did an incredible job on my nails. Her expertise in shaping is unmatched, and she has a knack for getting into the nail bed to give a very natural look. No one else can do my nails like she does!

Fee took care of my toes and did a fantastic job. I had an ingrown nail, and he really got in there to fix it. If you're looking for a gentle touch, Fee might not be your guy, but if you want someone who will get the job done right, he's perfect. I truly appreciate his work because my feet feel ten times better now!

Highly recommend Nails of America Riveroaks and their talented team!

Just got my nails done. First time in this location. I like my nails. I’m happy with Minnie and her work. I liked the chair massage as well. The only complain is that is so stinky inside. And it’s hard to tolerate this chemical smell. I had to wear face mask.
I gonna be back!

Teresa did such an AMAZING job on my nails. Far better than the reference photo. I couldn’t imagine anybody else doing my birthday nails. Also thank you Ruby for the peaceful and relaxing pedicure! I’ll absolutely recommend this place any day!

Will and Lynn were both amazing! Will took his time with my pedicure. He ensures the pressure of the massage was good and made sure I was satisfied with the color. Lynn gave me exactly what I asked for and she found great colors to order until we found what I liked best!! Great experience.
