Less than 24 hours after a gel French manicure they are already peeling off. Awaiting response from owner. I didn’t do anything except drive home. I didn’t dig any ditches or soak my hands in acetone. Just started Peeling off literally one day later. Terrible job

I’ve been here on 3 different occasions in dire need of nails to elevate my looks for events I had to attend and let me tell you, my nail tech Ava never fails to blow my inspo out of the water. I go in and show her what i want and the dedication to providing the best set and experience is exactly why i keep coming back. the quality of the nails is also the best, i can go up to 6 weeks with no lifting! and my nails still look brand new. Not only is it a calming environment to relax and get your nails done but also welcoming. Every time i go in it feels like im catching up with old friends. The amount of compliments i get on my nails is also why i never stop suggesting this place to all my friends.

Absolutely the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Bri is such an amazing kind nail tech and does beautiful work. Also can’t forget my girl Ava she is so sweet and never disappoints with her many works of art. This is the only place I will ever get my nails done because anything you ask for they can do!

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I went in here for a simple dip manicure with French on top (using gel). Nothing out of the ordinary, and some thing I have gotten many times at other salons. I went on a Thursday and by Friday night my nails were already lifting and a couple of them had chipped. I went back on Saturday to have them fix them and I thought all was well until Saturday night came and three of them chipped again. I am very upset to say the least, it was $70 & that’s not the type of money I want to pay for 2 day nails, which should last three weeks. Only giving two stars instead of one, because the woman who did my nails was willing to fix them, and the salon itself is very nice. I would recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. Photos show my nails a couple hours after going back.

It may depend on who you get, but I’m gonna tell you to save your money. It’s overpriced and probably the most uncomfortable pedicure experience I’ve had. Didn’t even clean hangnails or nail edges. Manicure was all grinding of nail bed, no length added, thickly applied with no shaping by the cuticles and told I could clean my edges at home. They claim they do celebrities, when little do they know I work with some everyday and they wouldn’t never pay $150 for this. Nice and friendly, but lazy on quality work. Just because they can glue on glitter, you can’t skip the basics or nail and skincare in the process.

I was traveling and visited the salon less than a week ago for a manicure (polish removal and dip), something I have had done for six years. As the technician started with the removal, I was uncomfortable (the process was not at all what I had previously experienced) and almost left. Was convinced by another technician that she was experienced in what I was having done and I stayed against my better judgment. After six days the photos I posted show what my nails now look like and I need to have them redone. That was $70 down the drain.

I reached out to the owner of the nail salon through Instagram and text, explaining that as a musician, my nails were too long and needed to be significantly filed down with a structure manicure. I asked if she had availability on Saturday at noon or 4 p.m., and she confirmed noon would work. I emphasized that I had to perform in a show at the Straz Center and needed to be done by 1:20 at the latest, to which she assured me I would be finished on time.

When I arrived at 11:50, about 10 minutes early, I was met with confusion. The staff wasn’t sure who I was or what my appointment entailed. After confirming my appointment, they asked if I was getting a pedicure, which I never mentioned. They told me to sit down and that someone would be with me soon. By 12:15, I still had no idea who would be doing my nails, and no one had started. I reminded them of my time constraint, and they assured me I’d be done “with time to spare”.

It was now a little after 12:30At that point, I was told to wash my hands, and the woman assigned to my nails finally approached. I explained that I was in a rush and, if my nails couldn’t be filed down and painted within 40 minutes, I would need to leave. She then suggested giving me fake nails instead, but I reiterated that I just needed my nails filed down for strength, not a full set. She walked away to clean up after the previous client and left me sitting there with only 35 minutes left, feeling completely ignored and with no sense of urgency. I was treated dismissively, and it became clear there was no way I would be finished in time. Frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism, I left the salon.

This experience was completely unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected and disregarded.

The salon itself is beautiful so vibrant and a great atmosphere! All the employees are so nice and welcoming! I loved how my nails turned out it was definitely worth the money. My nail tech ava was awesome and sweet! She did such a good job and I felt like I was hanging out with a friend! She was so nice! Very talented girl! Definitely recommend this hidden gem in downtown Tampa!
