I wasn't going to review and just never go back but 30 days later as I wanted to redo my nails and go somewhere else for a fill. After taking the polish off, we discovered I had FUNGUS and an INFECTION. My nails were starting to hurt and i couldn't figure out why. See photos. Never in my life has this happened to me. She put a new set on my nails, my nails were perfectly fine and in good shape prior to. Jen suggested doing GEL X, never heard it before but she said much healthier so here I am. Now either the product or her application or lack of caused my nails to be destroyed or both. All the white is now brittle and I have to wait until everything heals to redo my nails. She was beyond rude the entire time and hustles for everything to get the cost to continue to go up. It took almost 2 for a new set. She refused to fix anything I questioned, she does not know how to do nails. She changed the length price twice. I just laughed and was amazed she thought she could play me. Never allow a shop to charge for length, unless youre applying two fake nails to create the desired length or keeping a full acrylic nail length. She glued the gel x on and prior too created imperfections in the gel x whole nail which again assuming not a perfect seal to nails which could very possibly allowed water or whatever else to stay under the fake nail and destroy the real nail. Jen did not file, fill in holes, fix imperfections in the fake nail she glued the nail that's it and she wanted 15 dollars for leaving the length that she never touched or fixed, then when the other girl was going to do my design Jen said it'll be 15 or 20. We'll which one is it So unorganized, it was a simple two color line design that should of already been discussed between them or known from a price sheet, from being in business this long you should have a confident idea of price. No way I'm the first person to ask for this type of design. She didn't care from start to finish and the lack of caring for your guests and greed of money leads to destroyed nails and unhappy guests who will never come back. The girl that did the design I asked if she could fix some of the shape imperfections and holes and she tried. Amazing at design, girl leave quick this place isn't good at all. You're too good for here.

My nails were beautiful from the design and loved them. But did not like Jen and her lack of caring to make the nails right and what happened 30 days later from having them on. Multiple pictures of my nails after taking off her gel x and glue. And two photos prior when I left.

BEWARE of this salon. I don't want anyone going through what I am going through because of here.

I was very excited when I called last minute and they were able to get me in. Jennifer on the phone however does not apparently work in the store.
3 Nice Hispanic ladies working today. They worked very carefully on my fingers and toes. The color I chose was unavailable, so they picked another one for me. Communication was difficult, so I was not given an opportunity to pick my own substitute color. If it was easier to communicate, I might have upgraded to a different service.
I'm not one to tell all my secrets, but I do like being able to ask questions and understand the answers.
They have an extensive color board of choices.
They have massage spa chairs for clients, the stretch on my short legs had me scooched down too far in the chair for the massage to be effective.
Hopefully this gel manicure lasts through my event.

I’m African American & the first person who approached me, left me standing there. When another customer (of another race) came in she IMMEDIATELY started servicing her. When I was put in the chair they were unaware I could understand their words. They advised that my feet were too sensitive for her to work on them. Now I Absolutely had on some crappy nail polish that was hard to remove But come on, you’re a professional. Had I lived here I would’ve walked out and Never returned. Since I don’t I’m sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision whether or not to patronize this establishment.

Will definitely not be going back. Gel manicure took 1.5hrs. Last had no idea what she was doing. My cuticles still look like crap. The polish is all uneven. She didn’t even file the gel off after it was set. There is no shine to my nails. Barely any colors to choose from. Very disappointed.

Decided to get a manicure on a whim today after seeing a beautiful smiling face pop out of the door. I wasn't aware that they were open on a Sunday, so that was a happy surprise. Turns out that smile belongs to Gigi. She was fantastic! I have very thin nails so, i don't get my nails done all that often, but I think I've found my new nail tech!! She was very personable and so gentle with the filing on my nails, which isa big contrast to my past experiences. And very careful as well which I appreciated. She double checked to make sure the polish was where it should be and also that it wasn't where is shouldn't be. Most definitely recomend letting Gigi take care of you! Oh, and she also has some great music taste!

Made an appt and they said I didn’t. Lady who was doing my nails, had no clue what her she was doing. I had to walk her thru step by step. Went for just a fill and it took 2 hours which was insane. Also pricing was really high. They charged me $58 for a simple fill. Wouldn’t recommend!!

I saw Gigi and she was the kindest person, so amazing at nails and they looked gorgeous when done! She listens and is great with helping with colors, Shes easy to chat with keeping you entertained! She is so good! GO see her!

I came here today for the first time. Gigi did both my manicure and pedicure. She did a phenomenal job! She is also super friendly and fun to talk to. I'll be back for sure.
