I made a last minute appointment with Bay, she was amazing and so gentle! She was delightful to talk to and my toes and feet are super happy right now!! Bay has a cute shop and it really relaxing.
Looking forward to returning when I visit Sarasota again.

A real dump of a place. Dirty, looks like hoarders live there. Showed up on time for appointment. Old lady with terrible nails of her own asked me to sit down. I asked how much for fills with gel polish. A simple question she refused to answer. Told her not French or anything special just regular fills and gel nail polish. She put these big huge goggles on her eyes (think old of an old viewmaster) she then said $30 for fills and $20 for the polish. $50 total. She was also rude and talked down to me upon arrival. I had a good laugh and got up. I was getting hustled by an old lady—not. I left.

This is an excellent nail salon. The service was great and I was very pleased with the product. Also, a lot of nail places I have been to play cheesy TV programs all the time; Nail Capitol had soothing classical music! I highly recommend this family-owned business.

Small quiet location, right off St Armands Circle. Great attention to detail, took care of some rough spots. Owner was very sweet and charming to talk with. Appointments and walk in welcome.

I really wanted to like this place But I went to get new acrylics she couldn’t see them so she had to put on a magnifying glass headset and they still ended up being uneven had to tell her multiple times that the length in the acrylics We’re not the same she didn’t have the tools to use for acrylics the newer ones that is so when I asked for Coffin she just had a regular pair Of nail clippers they don’t even look like that shape they are uneven With the paining she didn’t even get the whole side of the acrylics they are streaky in the whole time I kept telling her she’s like yeah yeah I’ll fix them later I’m just very disappointed in the service and don’t recommend it for acrylics

Its too bad this place looks like an episode of hoarders. My pedicure was excellent
