After being told that almond, oval, and something called “skinny square” shaped nails would be $5 extra per nail… I decided to keep things basic and go with simple square. That was even too difficult as the nail tech did not seem to want to file the front of the nail at all after cutting them with a u shaped nail cutter. After asking twice if she could file the edge to get rid of the U shape, this was this end result which still racked up a $50+ bill. How Went home and spent another hour correcting. What a waste.

New to the area and been trying to find a nail salon to marry. They are brilliant with the "Nail Bar" idea. Service is great, atmosphere is good. Prices a smidge more expensive but it's obvious why. I had been to another place in Cane Island area and they're prices were competitive. I'm very happy with my nails and pedicure. I get schlaxk or whatever on my nails and picky how I like them.
Personally, not a fan of crowds and it was a Friday night. It got a bit to loud for me with that many people. But, they have plenty of space. Also, the older I get, the more noise bothers me. It's comfortable. Definitely will be going back, on a weekday and see how this relationship works out!

Worst manicure EVER! The "supposed" shellac polish was chipping away after day 2 on one nail! And after a week, DISASTER! I've been coming here for over 3 years and I've never had such a bad experience! Took my daughter for her bday & no one even offered us anything to drink! And the woman doing my pedicure was so cheap she tore 1 toe separator in half to use for both feet! I've never been so embarrassed as this was supposed to be a treat for my daughter's birthday! There's no way they used shellac even though they charged me for it! All the money I've spent here & numerous referrals! No more of that! Will find a reputable place that treats regular paying customers much better!

Cindy is the absolute best ! She is efficient, neat, and a great listener. Her work is absolutely amazing! Everytime I schedule an appointment I ask specifically for her because of her hospitality and work ethic! And she executes every nail design I bring to her attention! Thank you Cindy ! I love love love!!!!!! Pictures don’t do justice trust me. Nancy did an amazing job. And it was my first experience here. I have never had an experience this good anywhere. She was so patient and was satisfying me to the most she could. She always made sure I liked how she was doing my nails. Also in the blue one she helped me match my nails with my new car!!!! She was so helpful in making sure I was satisfied! I really and highly recommend!!!

I personally LOVE THE STAFF HERE. But every time I go I have the same result with my nails…they don’t last. I personally do feel bad switching Nail salons that’s why I keep coming back ? . But I can’t keep on doing it.

I got them done on 2/13 and by 2/16 they were breaking off. Today a big chunk was peeling. I do love their 10 day policy to get them fixed but it’s always a hit or miss on who fixes my nails. They come out looking brand new or looking as if I did them myself.

I haven’t had the chance to go get them fixed but I also don’t want to be looked as if I’m taking advantage ?.

They are very attentive to your needs it just depends who is taking care of you.

Nancy took her time with my nails and really made it a point to ask me if I liked the colors if I wanted them a different length and what nude/pink to use for the cuticle color. I have had some mishaps in the past with this nail salon but never with Nancy or Amy, very professional and they know what they’re doing. I’m speechless and these look so good. Last time I got these done they lasted 5 weeks and they were the same length. Hannah is the manager and she came by to check on me, see how I was doing, and make sure the experience at the salon was the best. They offer drinks, and alcoholic beverages, and that makes it worth the wait every time. They also have a convenient check in pad when you walk in the door and it keeps track of your visits and you get rewards for future services. The service is great and everyone’s friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Note that this salon also does extended-long nails as well. They have a wide range in what they can do for you. Show them a picture and they will make it right. This is my top nail salon.

Been going here about a year now..and for the past few months I’ve been so disappointed. The only time it’s been consistent is when Chloe is there and available as she is my normal tech. I went yesterday to get my nails and toes done, and as you see in the pic I get a simple shellac manicure and it looks terrible. If you choose this place please ask for Chloe she will make sure your nails and toes are perfect!
