This place is HORRIBLE they charged me $55 for a SHORT gel acrylic full set, I was already annoyed with that because on the simple menu on the front door states acrylic full set $35 ….. smh I should’ve left then that was my first RED FLAG,

the lady who did my nails I don’t know her name but she was extremely SARCASTIC & was rushing my nails mind you the shop was empty 2nd RED FLAG

I also said to her kindly “hey you can take your time on my nails im not in a rush , I’m paying a lot of money and I like went a nail tech takes their time and shows pride in what they do” say said “ok okay I got you” & continued to rush

while she was doing my full set I asked her to put MORE GLUE on the nail so they won’t come off easily she advised me that she knew what she was doing… So I trusted her after paying $65

NOT EVEN 1 WEEK later 4 nails POP OFF I went straight back , she fixed my 4 nails for FREE (i wouldn’t have it any other way) she had an extremely bad attitude mind you I live all the way on the other side of town in Beverly Hills…..

I was extremely annoyed because if she would have took heed to what I was saying in the beginning when I first went to her, I would not have to come back smh right when I get into my house, after she fixed the 4 nails

Smmfh another nail pops off from the first time she did my nails….. INCREDIBLE

I will never be back to this nail shop, horrible service and I guess unfortunately I should’ve read the reviews first because I Guess it depends on who you go to smh

I had been searching for a nail salon in my new neighborhood and I’m happy I finally found one! I’ve been coming here for the past 5 months for all my nail service needs.
Receptionists are always polite and accommodating. I absolutely love Jaden for my pedicures and Tom or Cheata for my full sets. The salon is clean and the employees are professional. It’s not inside the mall, the entrance is on the outside and there’s a lot of parking available.

After various visits to this nail salon, i realized my experience depended on who actually did my nails. Each visit was an inconsistent outcome. I normally recieve a full set of acrylic nails with gel. Some sets were great and some, not so much. Sloppy sets or extremely thick nails, bubbles, crooked nails- i've paid $40+ for a mediocre set of nails. Unfortunately, i will no longer return.

Recently, i received a set of nails i was not happy with. What was bothersome was that the nail tech had suggested designs that i went along with because i trusted her creative recommendations. That was a mistake. It became apparent she only pushed for me to get designs to charge more. As you can see, the designs don't go together and were done poorly. I also had asked for matte black, i received glossy nails. The nail tech said it was about $48 and when i went to pay, the women at the front said $70. When i told the woman what the nail tech priced me, they had a brief chat and they priced me $65. I later looked at my receipt to discover she had charged me $70 anyway.

I returned the next day to have the designs removed as i decided not to keep them and i was told to come back the next day. I didn't understand why i couldn't wait my turn if they couldn't take me in then and there or suggest a later time as they have done before. I said okay and asked what time, i thought perhaps there's a certain time frame for services such as mine. The woman said they open at 10am, to call beforehand and see if there's availability. I was sent away and brushed off. The woman wasn't empathetic, apologetic, concerned- nothing.

I don't think their price points are an accurate reflection of their quality of services. And they displayed poor customer service with how they handled my concerns. As you can tell by the photo, i don't think this represents a $70 manicure. I wouldn't recommend this location.

My favorite nail salon to come to for pedicure, manicure and eyebrows wax ..I always ask for my favorite girl Tammy she is the best the only one who does all 3 when I make my appointments and also knows what she is doing every time I take a design of how I want my nails she gets the job done or even better always satisfied with overall service and how clean and precarious everyone is in the salon I highly recommend this nail salon

I've been here a couple times before and it was great. Not the most friendly, but they did a great job. I came here today to get a new set like I've always done and the lady says itll be a $10 fee just to take off my nails, mind you this few has never been in place before. So I asked why the fee and explained I had never gotten the fee before and the lady got and attitude and said "this is the way it is I'm not going to do it you can wait for someone else" and stormed off. So i left and went to Kiwi Nail on 2nd. So much better, and friendly staff. Ps. She started on my nail and didn't even offer to even all the rest of my nails off. Just left it and stormed off.

First time going to this place. Service was good however I got cut by the lady doing my nails. Please make sure they are careful when they are cutting your cuticles
