Amazing nail salon, it was so clean and really pretty in there. I had an appointment and they got right to work on me. It was my first time getting my nails professionally done! Definitely will be back! My nails turned out wonderful . I thank my nail tech she killed it, I wish I got her name!

I've been going to this place since my children were in middle and high school, and now they are adults. For the most part, everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. They have water coffee soda or wine options while you are getting a pedicure. They used to ask if you wanted that before your pedicure starts. They stopped asking for some reason. I usually bring my own bottled water when I go everywhere, but it would be nice to be asked.
They take appointments through the Booksy app, which is great! But.... Even though you make an appointment when you get there, you sometimes have to wait for your technician to be done with the previous customer. I've waited as long as an hour for my technician to be available and have been asked for another technician to do my nails if they are going to be too long. I will say they are very accommodating to move things along as quickly as possible. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to be pampered.

Today I needed my nails completely redone.
Typically, I get these done in Brooksville, this place is close to my work so I decided to give it a try.
Ms. Linda did a fantastic job! She was very caring and took her time to make my nails look very classy. Thank you Ms. Linda!

The nails will always be a job well done but every single time I come here I get the same exact service and some sort of up charge and it’s a different total. I get the SAME. EXACT. SERVICE. Yet still. A different total every single time and a made up service that isn’t even listed on the menu. Whenever I ask the manager or owner it’s just a bunch of “ummms” and made up excuses instead of a direct- proveable answer. I got charged this recent time for a full set when I came for a refill with no previous nails missing. Be cautious getting your nails done here, although the nail work is exceptional, they change their prices at checkout, upcharge and make up/add on services if you aren’t noticing, asking, or adding up the prices on the menu. God bless a place that looks so inviting but takes advantage of people’s hard earned money. That is never the way to run a business.

If I could give zero stars I would -
Poor customer service. Everyone there always has an attitude or seems bothered. Prices are always unclear and they get mad if you ask them to make a correction or always want to do something different than what you asked for. If Im paying for a service I expect to get what I asked for! Ive been coming here for years but it seems like they do not need my money.

Never disappointed ever! My fav will always be Julie I must say I am very picky about nail shape and the way my pedicures are done and she kills it every time. She also does amazing nail art! The owners Cindy and Tan are very personable and welcoming. I love it here and I am sooooo happy Julie moved back because I was lost without her!

I’m not sure why others are posting negative reviews but I had a stellar experience ! I booked my appointment in advance with Tan because I had done enough IG lurking of the Opium Nails page and read enough reviews to discern that he was the best. There were also plenty of other top notch nail techs available. Within the first few minutes, I could tell he not only was super skilled at doing nails, but that he was passionate about his job and loved what he did. While we were carrying on with our conversation, he gave me an awesome design. I didn’t even realize we were nearly finished when it was time for the top coat. What usually takes 1h45 mins/2hours plus at other places, he accomplished in 1h15 mins. Also, the salon is very well run. Tan has an amazing hold on the appointments as well as walk ins. Whenever a walk in client came in, he’d direct them to get serviced right away. I’m very impressed and already booked my next three sessions!

This is the Best place to get your nails done. All of the employees are kind and talented. Clean environment and Very reasonable prices as well. I go to Julie and she always goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy with the final results. I definitely recommend this salon
