0 stars. To start me and my Sister went for Mother’s Day and we were patiently waiting for about 30 minutes we knew they were going to be busy because of the holiday so we weren’t really in a rush. They got us in the pedicure bowls and we waited again until someone was available. We just wanted a simple mani and two pedicures. They removed my gel and I sat there for TWO hours with cold water and freezing legs, waiting for somebody to do tips on my short toe nails because the guy working on me didn’t know how. We weren’t expecting perfection but what came next was absolutely horrible. We obviously got the new guy which wouldn’t be a problem if he actually somewhat knew what to do ... after dropping multiple things and leaving me for two hours without checking on me I finally got up. I feel like I could’ve done a better job myself. Now I am left with bare toes and had to take off work tomorrow so I can go get my nails done somewhere else. After I finally decided to get up and walk over to my sister to see how experience was going with her nails I could see it in her face she hated them. I probably looked like a Karen because I was standing over her the whole time kind of dictating everything because she is in the wedding and it was important for her nails to look right. at this point we’ve been there for four hours, and she finally spoke up and asked somebody else to do her nails. At this point we’ve been there way too long I had already left to go get food. We wasted a whole holiday at the nail salon when we had other things to do to prep for the wedding we will never be going back. Terrible experience I did not pay and the lady didn’t even ask me to pay because she knew how bad the experience was. my sister ended up paying $140 for the worst experience of our lives.
