I had a booking at another salon in the area and was misdirected by Google Maps from the ClassPass app, location showed Lulu's at top for the listing. When I walked in they asked me if I had called and I replied "Yes, I am with ClassPass, I called to say I would be 10 mins late'. They had me have a seat and gave me the Gel Polish pedicure I had booked. At the end when I mentioned I had already paid with my credits on ClassPass, they mentioned they were not with ClassPass at which point we discovered the poor communication at arrival. I had to pay £41,- for the pedi and £10,- for the poorly applied chrome effect (left foot is heavier than right foot and blothed). Such a waste of money. The pedi itself was perfect, but I could have done this myself and saved a whopping £51,-.

This nail salon is an absolute gem in London! I've visited several salons across the city, but none compare to the exceptional service provided here. Special thanks to Hannah and Mei for their incredible work! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. Just dropped in there as I was on holiday. The pictures show my nails more than two weeks later and they are still just perfect. What a great job! The varnish I chose was beautiful and sparkled perfectly for Christmas ?

I had the unfortunate experience of getting my nail extensions done at Lulu nails for my wedding, and I must say, it was a complete disaster.

My friend and I had an appointment scheduled for 2 PM, but we ended up waiting around for four hours, only to leave the salon at 6 PM with nails that were nothing short of ugly. The entire experience was incredibly stressful, especially since it was for such an important occasion.

The technicians seemed more focused on rushing through the process than on delivering quality work. By the time they got to the finishing touches, they were hurrying us out the door, which resulted in a rushed and sloppy job. I was not only disappointed with the final result but also frustrated that I had to pay so much for such poor quality.

After leaving the salon, I realized that I couldn’t possibly walk down the aisle with nails that looked this bad. I had to find another place to redo my nails, which added even more stress to an already hectic wedding preparation.

I would not recommend Lulu nails to anyone looking for a professional and quality nail service. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere that values its customers and their special occasions!

I stumbled across this salon about a year ago and have kept coming back ever since! Lily did such a beautiful job with my nails. She worked with such care applying the gel with absolute precision and accuracy. The salon is always so friendly, welcoming and accommodating and they alway give such brilliant colour recommendations to make such you leave with the exact look you were going for.

Lulu’s is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! They always last 3-4 weeks at least and I’ve never had a chip with either shellac or acrylic. Everyone who works there is lovely and I always look forward to my appointment.
