I’m new to the area and looking for a spa I can trust. The owners & staff are friendly and the place is clean. Services were done with care and knowledge in what they were doing, The only pet peeve I had was that they re-used disposable nail files and pumice stones and barely cleaned the soaking basin with some Mr Clean which does not kill all bacteria or any fungus! . I’m a bit on the picky side because of previous bad fungal experience which costed hundreds to get rid of. Overall it was a good experience.

I've been coming here for a few months now and have been very pleased with the service I recieved. They use a new file every time and new gloves. Also covid measures are in place, you must wash your hands as soon as you enter and everyone wears a mask, as well as plastic dividers at the manicure tables and between the pedicure chairs.

I’ve been going here for years and absolutely love it! Everyone there does a great job! I have Jenny do my nails and wax/tint services, but everyone is amazing there! I’ve had them all do my nails and pedicures. I will forever stay with Lucky Nails!

I have changed salons a few times looking for one I really like for just a basic pedicure. The ladies working here are very kind and fun and they primarily socialize with customers in English which is a nice change from many other places! I like the way they trim/care for my toes and they use nice skin products! Definitely will continue to come back!

I love Lucky's, everyone does such a fabulous job. So friendly. I see Vi every few weeks to fill and change them up. So talented, everyone always comments and asks where I go get my nails done! Lucky's in Byron is the place to go ❤️
