I recently had my nails done by Bao, and she did an amazing job with my dipping powder manicure! She was incredibly attentive to detail, and I could tell she took great pride in her work. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted , smooth, even, and with a beautiful finish. Bao made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and her friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Highly recommend Bao for anyone looking for top-notch nail care!

Got a full set acrylic nails with regular polish and was charged $50 + I tipped. No gel, no dip, no special design or shape. They don't have prices on a website or in the salon so I had no idea they were so expensive. Not a $60 manicure, imo.

Always knows my name and remembers me ❤️ Bao does my nails every time and she is AMAZING! She takes her time, is skilled at her work, and is the sweetest woman! Based on the website I was under the impression that they could handle a simple design but I was told the tech I originally got couldn’t do the design I wanted (two colors and maybe some sponge work?) and that I had to wait for another tech. I waited around just for the next tech to tell me he couldn’t help me. If you want anything other than a basic polish, don’t waste your time.

My son, his girlfriend and their friend went to this nail salon Dec 10th 2024. My son is Black American with locs and his girlfriend and friend are Caucasian. They were getting pedis when the cops showed up and pulled the young ladies to the side and questioned them about my son. They were asked if they knew him and were they with him. The cops said anything to my son. Apparently one of the employees called the cops. Lets stop spending our Black dollars at these chop shops. Find a Black Nail tech! This is unacceptable in 2024.

I got a gel manicure on February 7, 2023. I wish I got the name of my nail tech. While trimming my cuticles the technician cut three of my fingers. Now over a week later one is infected and still bleeds from time to time.

I understand mistakes happen, but once she noticed she kind of laughed it off while she apologized. She was clearly moving too quickly trying to get to the next customer. I have gone to Lovely Nails on and off for the last 5 years and I will not be going back.

Picture taken today (8 days after service) shows the ring fingers on both hands with tiny scabs and then my middle finger on my left hand infected and bleeding
