I am beyond upset! I had grown my natural nail out for weeks to only have them destroy the side wall of my nails! I only asked for a small clean up and gel polish. Here’s what I ended up with! My nails are INCREDIBLY sore. I will never be back.

Raven at the front is amazing, Courtney is the best at making someone feel special, Danny did amazing on the pedicure & Lee is the absolute best! All in all the best service in New Braunfels ❤️

I feel robbed having to pay for the service provided when given a manicure. I had my own nails they were in good condition and they were over cut, massage was nonexistent and the color came out spotty. Was reassured 3 coats would fix it and they denied to do a base layer below. There are tacky glitter spots and they took forever. I hesitant to leave poor reviews but this experience and end result was so bad. Not ideal as these were celebratory “vacation” nails and I know when I get back I will need to do a polish change.

Tommy did my pedicure! He took his time he was so good and didn’t rush at all I was so relaxed and just laid back and enjoyed my experience! Anna was at the front desk and she was helpful and a truly delightful lady! Definitely would recommend!

I went here because of the awesome reviews, and everyone was nice - sadly it was one of the lowest quality pedicures I’ve ever gotten. My toenails are uneven, and so is the polish. I had to ask for my two big toes to be fixed twice. Once because the fan used to dry pushed the clear coat all over and the nail was not fully painted and the second time was because there was so much too coat applied that it was slipping off into the side of my toenail. Even after having it fixed they still do not look good, even, or like I just got a pedicure. I will not be back here. Photos are from day of pedicure.

Update 4/21/24 @ 2:20p :: As SOON as I find a shop I can frequent, foolishness occurs. Take a look at the pics. NO ONE IS HERE and I walk-in for a simple Mani/Pedi (none of the extras) and they don't have time...But close in 4.5hrs! That's CRAZY! I guess it's BACK ON THE HUNT for another nailshop.

They did a pretty decent job! They took their time. No rushing. They gave me exactly what I asked for.

Winnie did my nails and had me entertained while doing them! I loved that she’d ask as we were doing the manicure if I was happy with the shape, color, what my expectations were for my nails, and asked what I did when I told her they tend to chip easily. She really listened to me and I super appreciated it! She also took her time to provide the best service! The salon was super clean and beautiful as well

Edit: I also included a photo them three weeks later! Still no chips!
