This place is extremely professional and honestly SO WORTH the hour and a half drive. my first visit ever was with Grace, who did an amazing job on my toes and the second time was with Ysel whom I just got a manicure and nail repair on two of my big toes. .... I have officially found a nail tech that I will be wanting to go back now 🙂 like I don't think I want to trust anyone else because this is literally the most PERFECT manicure I've ever had.

i've never had a manicure that looked like a Pinterest photo IRL ?and I came in with really bad nails! I left feeling over the moon. I will 100% only be coming to the salon from now on. I've never had anyone get it so right! both Grace and Ysel have had me leaving the salon in the best mood ever. Kylie and Dani at the front desk are also incredibly lovely. I really appreciate honoring a discount that we spoke about in private for Valentine's Day. thank you for making me happy and I truly felt beautiful after coming here as my hands are one of my insecurities. xx -Davina

Love this place. I’ve been going every month consistently for a year. Never smells like acetone, never too busy. All the staff are amazing and so sweet. I’ve never not loved my nails when leaving, and it always lasts so long. They take the time to do it right and ask you along the way.

I posted this on Yelp.
This place was so nice and accommodating. The parking here is free if you park at Sprouts which is what the manager suggested to me when I booked an appointment. My nail technician was Marlee and she was an absolute nail saver. I have been to nail salons and my nails are always either crooked or end up very thing and fragile. Marlee's care and attention to detail and care for my nails gave me an end result of my own natural nails with an organic overlay and one nail extension due to fragile nail that broke because I had harsh chemical acrylic.
Never again will I do those acrylic nails again!!
Thank you to the receptionist and Marlee for taking time to help me pick the color and making my nails so pretty!

I have the shortest nails ever, but since I have gotten gels, they are growing. Ysel spends time making sure they are done right and that they wont peel off. I finally have nails!!

Okay so I haven't had a pedicure since I moved to California a year ago. I Googled this place and didn't know what to expect but when I got there they superceded my expectations in a major way. From Kylii the soft spoken receptionist to Christina the oh so attentive pedicurist (if that's a word lol), I will definitely make that trip again.

She even gave me instructions on how to keep my pedicure fresh in between appointments. I never had anyone do that before!

It's quiet, smells good, clean and pristine! I love the set up and decor. Minimalist and chic!

I had the worst experience.
Lady who did my mani was in a hurry and wanted to get me out of there soon as a result of that my fingernails were bleeding and is still hurting.
Also the lady who did the pedicure was also not very knowledgeable about what she was doing and made me feel very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and surely won't revisit. The picture is from the morning after I did my pedicure seems like they made it look worse.

Abbie is a STAR!! I’m so sad today is her last day because I just discovered Lak & her! I’ve had terrible luck finding a decent nail salon in West LA and this is IT! Stop looking and head over! I got exactly what I asked for and the nails are perfect- thanks Abbie ❤️

Update 10/23: My sister and mother got their nails done here and they had a terrible experience. The experience varies widely depending on who is treating you: they felt as if the folks treating them were very condescending and unkind.
