I understand, if the design is difficult to do. What I don't think 'I ever understand is how I showed the reference picture multiple times was asked to wait 3 hrs for them and when they were finally available two women tried but kept mixing the colors looking gray or uneven. I came in February where I got frenchies with drawn on hearts inside them for 50$ with tip included already. How are basic white frenchies that I had to end up getting because of their poor work ethic 50$, no compensation or consideration for the time lost? The fact that they could've told me since the beginning they couldn't do it but made me wait instead, the frenchies taking up half of my nail should be proof enough for you not to make the same mistake I did.

I am so so happy I found this place and decided to give them a try! I am so pleased with the work Tracy and the tech who worked on my pedi, they did a phenomenal job, better than what I even asked for. Can’t wait for my next design!

I got my wedding nails done here (nails with rhinestones), I got so many compliments!! I really loved them. I had my fill done here after my wedding (pink nails with sunflowers on the ring fingers). I also loved them!!! My nail lady is always so kind and very talkative, she makes me feel very comfortable.
