Update I got my nails done October 30th it is now November 7th one of my nails has completely ripped off. It seems like not enough glue was used I have to go on the under part of my nails to file off excess gel.

Had an amazing time. Super nice. Amazing stuff. Solid color is 55$ for my design was 90$. Definitely coming back

This was my first time at King Nails. Joyce was amazing. She was very skilled and talented. I love the results. Everyone here was nice and helpful and truly seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I highly recommend this salon!

Got my nails done w/the most sweetest women! Very nice and sweet but did not do a good job. She did say it was her first day. Totally understandable. I am someone who hates confrontation. After I left I showed my friend my nails which I paid 77 for. (7 dollar tip). She was like, “Go back in there and have them fix them.” So we did. She just painted some polish over some mishaps and I left. The next morning there was black polish all over my bed from one of them “leaking”. I was just so upset and furious and had my friend talk me into working up the courage to call and say I want them off and want a refund. When I called and said just that, they said they cannot give me a refund but can have a different tech redo them. So I went in the next day w/my friend, for moral support, and got them soaked and taken off. And redone the exact way I wanted. They were pretty. The reason I’m giving them two stars if because, they are overpriced, and when I went in there to get them redone they were very condescending. While doing my nails the girl was like, “I’d charge you 7 dollars more for a set like this”. Girl, you’re fixing a mess that I have to now waste my time to get fixed by yall. They also made me speak w/some man over the phone who was like, “how’d your nails get like that and why didn’t you say anything?” I have ANXIETY. I couldn’t. And what do you mean sir? Lol. It took two of my friends to go in with me, for me to get the courage to even say anything. Very insensitive. So, I will not be going back unfortunately. I've never been told "no" to any design I've brought in. I came in late and they had no problem, no attitude. Even had to stay later to finish my nails and they did not rush or skimp on the skill. They came out beautiful!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was not told a price and at the end of my nail service was asked for 82 dollars for this! My nails are clearly crooked, there is polish all over my cuticles and the excuse! It’s your real nails ma’am and it’s a design and French tip? They drew a crooked line on with a paint brush!! That is not French tip!! Nor is this a design! People are working hard for their money and don’t need to have any surprises and certainly don’t need to be taken advantage of! I never complain even if one nail is a little crooked but this is absolutely outrageous! 82 dollars for something my 12 year old could have done!! BUT we will give you 10 dollars off since we didn’t tell you the price! It’s still not worth 72 dollars! I will NEVER go back

They are amazing the nail tech bebe did so good!! Got my nails perfect for my Texans game tomorrow! Customer service was awesome!!! Had some champagne while they did an amazing job!! Will definitely be back!!!?
