Got an appointment right away, they did an excellent job, didn’t take long at all and my manicure was reasonably priced too. Will be back to have my nails done again for sure.

This was the worst service I have ever received. These people were extremely rude and unwilling to provide quality customer service. I went in for a regular fill and one nail fix. the man was squeezing my finger and super rough. I gently smiled and asked him to ease up a little. IT ONLY GOT WORSE. I was watching him clump on more and more acrylic to my nail. I didn't say anything because I figured he was going to fix it later. He then started to shape it as if he was going to leave my nail clumpy. I asked if he could please file it down so that it looked like the others. He started yelling in vietnamese to his colleague, who then walked over and said "What's the problem!" I said I'd like this nail to be fixed please. He told me he would have repaired it the exact same way and to go somewhere else. This was DISGUSTING, they actually get ZERO stars but that wasn't an option. I'll never be back her ever again .

I miss these kinds of nail salons. No frills, do the job, be friendly, efficient and post the prices on the wall (why did people stop doing that?) $91 including tip for a gel mani and pedi with French tip.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. I arrived, no one told me to choose a color until after I sat down with the technician. She immediately put a dirty bowl of water down and proceeded to file my nail down although I told her I didn’t want it cut. The shape was not round. I’m not sure if it was her husband but an elderly man with absolutely disgusting nails immediately replaced her. He began to aggressively shape my nails - they were jagged and NOT round. When he asked if I was okay with it, his response was - “if you’re not happy with it you can go somewhere else.” I immediately left. It was a laughably unprofessional and confirmation that you shouldn’t go to the dirty hole-in-the/wall for nails unless you want to be treated the same way.

This is one of the best pedicures I have received in YEARS!! I luckily was able to book my appointment almost 30 minutes before the time and was seated immediately. My pedicure looks amazing and it was a very relaxing experience. Everyone here is super friendly and nice, would definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone - especially since their prices are great too!

I love K queen nails I have been coming to this place for over 20 years. It’s currently under new management the staff here are great. The best at doing nails are Kim and Wyn. They are amazing!

We were told they had availability to do our nails, so we drove down right away. They took my friend to do her nails, and I sat and waited for over an hour until she finished, and they still didn't have someone for my manicure. Really annoying to sit and wait for over an hour, when the point was to get our nails done together. I ultimately had to leave without getting them done. Wish they had just been honest and said they didn't have availability for a walk-in for two people. Huge waste of my time. Didn't even apologize.

The chemical smell in there is also way stronger than it should be, and I had a mask on.
