I’m an extensions newbie and still I had by far the best service I’ve ever gotten. Jessica was a sweetheart and a very talented nail artist. The vibe int the studio is just on point. Definitely recommend, very kind and skilled staff.

Been a customer for well over a year now and it’s my favorite Berlin nail place. Open for any ideas and doing it so well too:) Friendly, nice atmosphere. Mae, Kiah or Franky are some of my faves there. Even if something went wrong once I was offered a free appointment to fix it.

My first time at a nail salon, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Jose at the front desk was so friendly, and Shaya did an amazing job with my BIAB manicure. They both made me feel super comfortable and taken care of. I’ll definitely be back!

I went to this nail salon to get my nails done. I had previous acrylic nails from another salon. I booked a different kind of appointment which was not made for the nails I had on.

The person who was doing my nails seemed uncomfortable and sometimes did not know what to do. There is another person who comes to our table and the person who is doing my nails asks her what to do. This other person started talking to me and then said in a very rude tone, "do you understand me". I was shocked because the person who was doing my nails said that she might not have time to finish the appointment. I apologized because booking the wrong appointment was my fault.

After all of this she finished my nails however, the top coat was not well done and the gel started getting of my natural nails two days later.

I just moved to Berlin and I will not come back to this salon to get my nails done or recommend it.

I just love everything about ISLA. I started going there in November 2023 and went back every 3-4 weeks to see Kiah to maintain my beautiful nails. I feel comfortable, they care for you, prices are absolutely fair for the work and knowledge they put into your nails and it’s an easy online booking system. I have never maintained going to a nail salon before, I usually got my nails done maybe 1-2 times at the same place and then moved on, it always had something to do with hygiene, communication issues, breathing in a lot of chemicals, not getting what I wanted etc., all of this changed when I found ISLA! <3
