I scheduled a 90 minute facial and was told to come 15 mins early. I came in at the early time only to end up waiting 40 mins because my esthetician was late. To make things worst, she did not speak much English and did not provide any explanation of what she was doing nor inquire about my current facial regimen. In addition, she finished early, so my 90 min facial was only 60 mins. She also shorted me on the services I paid for as my sister went with me and had the same service but a totally different experience with another esthetician. I will not be returning nor do I recommend this place.

I wanted a Back Facial Treatment and Ms. Shayla helped me today! She was super great and I could tell she has tons of experience! The whole process took one hour as she did steaming, extraction, masque, toning, moisturizing, etc! This is great, because I am wanting to wear a backless dress this weekend but needed a great cleanse for any acne or oil built up in my pores & she is the one to go to! I’d recommend her!

My boyfriend had Mr. Tom for his Hydrating Facial, also for one hour. This was his first time getting a facial and he didn’t know what to expect. He was scared at first, but his skin looked amazing afterwards! I could tell a difference! Excellent job Mr. Tom!

In total of services, I spent $130! Wow! Such a great price with great service! I will be coming back as they are so welcoming and they take the time to tend to your needs. Ask for their discounts or any sale going on if you want to try the first time. I am a spa lover so I go to many places. Their spa is so beautiful, spacious, and the well dim lit environment is so soothing. Nice, clean place to relax by yourself or with someone. Thank you again Ms. Shayla & Mr. Tom!

I was really impressed with the great customer service and great communication and service people have in this salon .
Naomi was amazing with the massage and her bilingual skills help to Ask what your needs are.

I am always tired to pay a fortune for a hair cut but in this situation.
Sheyla the kind lady who cut my hair was extremely awesome and take her time to do the perfect questions that what you want and her skills are gold for the price .
She has amazing hair cut skills for half of price in a “luxury” places where they charge more than 95 dlls a hair cut another services.
Sheyla did hair cut , shampoo and blow dryer for $$55 !!! And I loved ittt!
This place is fantastic for half of price in the same area.
