These are my nails 3 days after they were done. I’ll let the photo speak for itself. I waited a few days to see if I would feel any better about my experience but no. I went in at 5pm and was seated right away. In conversation the lady suggested a dip. When the dip color didn’t match my toes I was disappointed but decided to live with it. However, yesterday my newly dipped nails started cracking. When I get home I will have my regular nail salon fix them and in the meantime I’ll walk around with cracking ugly orange not coral colored nails. Truly a waste of time and money. The lady didn’t even push my cuticles back or anything…

I was visiting La Jolla on vacation and while kayaking I messed up the nails I had gotten done back home. I was looking for a place that could squeeze me in quickly and Mike did just that. Little did I know that the next day I’d be getting engaged! Thank you to Mike for not only seeing my vision with these nails but actually perfecting it better than I could’ve imagined! Had the best experience here. Kathy gave me pedicure and massage and she was wonderful my feet felt amazing after her service. Mike was amazing with dip powder. My nails came out gorgeous. He was a little rough with the nail file but I'm happy with the result. Free street parking is a plus as well.

Came here with my mother in law on Christmas Eve for the first time. Called in the morning and was surprised that they were able to get us both in within two hours and that they were so accommodating.
I had a couple acrylic nails that were off and the remaining part of my previous set was very grown out due to not having time to see my usual salon (I’m visiting from Canada btw). Mimi was very kind and introduced me to dipped nails which has changed my perspective!

Mindy and Mike were the most friendly individuals. Their work was absolutely amazing. I got powder drip acrylic French tip nails. I'd definitely come back again to them.

I am suuper picky with nails. My aunt is a nail tech so I have been around nails salons since I was a child and know good work when I see it and I'm obsessed with Healthy Nails. They use a technique for my acrylics that is actually healthy (hence the name) for my nails. It's name by SNS, not exactly sure what it's called but I love it! No gross chemicals or nasty UV light. Their formula even has vitamins in it to help strength your nails. Mike and Yvonne are truly amazing. Not only are they are joy to work with, they both do a great job. They are passionate business owners who strive for every client's to receive 5 star service. Their pedicures are great too. They have lots of great packages ranging from paraffin wax treatment, stone massage, and clay masks that really restore your legs and feet. My go to nail salon! Do yourself a favor and contact Healthy Nails!
