This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had, let me start by saying that I was 30 minutes late due to traffic and I felt really bad… I tried to reschedule when I knew I was going to be late but they waited for me and we’re very kind and gracious about it.

When I arrived Chloe was smiling and nice and she didn’t rush the manicure at all or in anyway even though I was late which is excellent customer service and very kind.

It was my first time having nail art done so I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and I wasn’t very organized in my request and she was patient and helping me pick what to choose and on which finger to put it on. She gave me options of drawing it on for a little more money or using stickers for a little bit less and there was different options and she help me design it from the photos I brought in. At the end of the day I think her designs looked almost to the photos and she did a really good job.

I was really impressed with how kind they were to me even though Iwas in the wrong and late. If they are this kind of people that are late I can’t even imagine how nice they are when people are on time. The designs look amazing and she even massage my hands with lotion and put cuticle oil and did all of the things that made it feel fancy and luxurious and the art looks absolutely amazing. The woman next to me getting her nails done at the time said she comes all the time and it’s her favorite place. I can tell that I’m going to be back too. It was $135 for the nails and total was $200 cause I tipped for her being so kind when I was late and doing such great detail work.

After trying out 4-5 nail places around the area and consistently coming here for a few months, I can definitely say that Hana nail is my favorite nail shop in ktown! Chloe always does a great job with my nails and she's super efficient. I'm always out of there in less than one hour and my nails very last long. Everyone is super friendly too! Highly recommend

Honestly the best place get your nails looking so cute and chic. All the nail techs are super talented and attentive. Prices are reasonable and such a cute place to get pampered.
Hana did my nails today; my nails never get chipped because she applies 3 different nail products to make sure my nails stay healthy underneath and don’t get chipped early.

If you want your nails done with high quality and attention to detail, I highly recommend this place!! I usually always find a flaw after leaving but the ladies here are so professional, they really work with precision. My friend got a really intricate design and it’s amazing how they’re able to deliver such high quality work in such a short time. I will only be coming here from now on!

My second time here and had a wonderful experience both times. First time, I got Gel X and my nails were beautiful. I requested a difficult design the second time but Chloe was able to even customize it and the results were even more than I could have asked for. She was able to squeeze in a pedicure as well. The team seems to work like family and as a customer, it’s comforting to see and makes the experience even more pleasant. Very grateful. Thank you!

Best nail salon in LA, hands down! Hana, Alyssa and Jenny are all so talented and will get you looking so good! Calm environment, sweetest techs, and my nails always get so many compliments. You literally can’t go wrong here. They do waterless services, (and NO ACRYLIC thank god!) but that just means they don’t soak your hands or feet and honestly I prefer that. My nails always feel so healthy and beautiful. Quick and efficient, but always top quality. I will never go to another salon as long as they’re open!
