absolutely terrible! i asked for a simple pink french tip. The lines weren’t straight, it wasn’t pink and all around a mess!!! Very unsatisfying, were rude about their wine. That they didn’t even offer until i asked. I was only offered water. Then when i asked for a second glass (that i could’ve paid for) my manicurist yelled and told me no. No discount or anything for my horrible feet and time waisted. Will not be returning .

Tried this place out for a refill. I experienced burning during the service and ended up with scabs on my cuticle and now have a fungus on two fingernails. In the many years Ive gotten my nails done, this is a first. The staff was also rude and unprofessional towards me. I wish I could rate 0 stars.

my nails look great, I love them! I did, however book a solar pink/ white appointment online, and when you book it, it says the price is going to be $45… I went up to the counter to pay and the total said $70. and that was before tip. Love the nails, but it ended up being about double what the price online said. i’m assuming it’s because they did gel, which I intentionally didn’t ask for.

If you want nail lengths from XXL to XL, make sure to ask in advance, as they do not have fixed prices for longer nails! Assure that they treat you with honesty and respect!

Keep in mind that it's 2024 in America. Transparency is essential for customer satisfaction, especially when you're spending over $100 just on nails!

This isn't a racial issue; rather, long nails have historically represented wealth and status in both Chinese and Egyptian cultures.

Long nails are not ghetto. Don't let your lack of understanding let someone take advantage of you!

Remember, IT'S JUST NAILS, AND AMERICA HAS SHOWN THEY ARE NOT ESSENTIAL.

This is a long overdue review. I absolutely love this salon. I love the expansion and revamp! Everyone is so pleasant here.
I’ve been going here for over 6 years. Theresa has always done my shellac manicure. Her attention to detail is amazing. I love how she takes care of my natural nails and make the grow stronger and healthier. I moved to Humble so it was difficult to keep an appointment! However I am back on the books and looking forward to the restored Health of my nails.

I witnessed a customer get injured during a service by the nail tech and they locked us all in, which is ILLEGAL during business hours until she had to literally call the police in order to let her go. I am never coming here again. I do not feel safe here. I think the solution they used was toxic or something, because my fingers were burning more than usual.
