I got a new full dip set and they are terrible. Lifting a week later. The shape is so bad even after asking her to fix several times. There are dips in a few of them. Do not waste your money. I went here because my normal salon was closed and I needed a fill. Right from the start she did it very different than my normal spot that I have been going to for years!

I called to make an appointment, I asked for dip nails. I asked if they had time for dip nails before 4pm. They said 3 or 3:30? I said 3pm works. They then confirmed 3pm DIP nails. I arrived 2:50pm. The tech was not happy that I wanted dip nails and then more than 1 color. I wanted a blend of 3 shades of brown. She was very rough with my fingers. My cuticles hurt and look red. At the end she rushed for her next client and when I got out of the salon the father nails all had brown dust/shadow caked around the nail. I had to scrape that off myself. There’s a bump in one of my nails from I suppose powder clumping. If it wasn’t for the owner (I assume) making statements about people not tipping cash or having cash, I probably would have been no thank you. I felt bad because I do love the colors and other than a very uncomfortable and not relaxing experience, most of the nails came out ok. I have pictures for the good, the bad, and the frustrating.

Horribly priced. I got dip powder nails on Saturday April 20 2024 and not even a week later, April 25, all of my nails are lifting and chipping and I spent $50 just on dip powder nails. I work in an office Im not doing anything strenuous or overusing my nails. I also got a pedicure and had three ladies arguing over my feet because they couldn’t get the shape right of my french tip. I was very kind and still tipped but for a job my dog could’ve done? I’m never going there again.

Yesterday I went here with my mom and sister. My sisters nails came out good but they weren’t what my sister asked for, my sister wanted acrylic nails and she wanted them shortened and the lady didn’t shorten them, they are pretty long and they are nice but the length wasn’t what she wanted. Then when it came to my nails the lady said that she wasn’t able to do a simple design so I got dip nails and the lady didn’t prep me right before she started the dip and after she didn’t clean up the powder surrounding my nails and I got a cut on my cuticle. I don’t think we will be coming back here again.

i like the nails and the lady was friendly for the most part. i did walk in with grown out acrylic nails, despite asking for them to be soaked off and a manicure to be done (with this design) the lady kept trying to change it and convince me to do other things then got annoyed and tried to guilt trip me when i stood my ground on how i wanted my nails done. i wasn’t rude at all and i am a big people pleaser so i almost caved in but i really wanted my nails done like this. she charged me $75 for the whole thing, $15 for the soak off, $40 for the manicure and $20 for the french tip design. i don’t speak Vietnamese but when she was speaking to her coworkers there were a few english words that popped out (which corresponded with my nails) along with sighs and head shaking, so it was pretty uncomfortable for me. i also think the price was pretty steep considering it being pretty simple, but i’m not a nail tech so i wasn’t gonna argue it. probably won’t return, it was sanitary and i like how my nails look, but the customer service was iffy.
